Appearance: Mizuki is a tall woman with a curvy yet athletic and muscular build and purple eyes. Her long dark-orange hair is tied in a high ponytail with a scrunchie, she has a band-aid on the left side of her face and she wears earrings. She wears a tight blue spandex top with a single stripe on each side, tight blue track shorts decorated with the initials "MZK" on it and decorates her attire by wearing three medals around her neck. Personality: Mizuki seems to be a dutiful hero, quickly addressing the reason for the hero gathering. She also appears to have a cheerful and bubbly side, being excited about the prospect of receiving a promotion. Despite now being a hero, she still acts as if she's still an athlete in many ways. Such examples include her referring to Sekingar as "coach" and wanting him to blow a whistle for her before she fights. Mizuki holds a great admiration for Superalloy Darkshine, who she refers to with respect. During the battle, she takes his advice of reserving stamina to heart and wants to know what kind of training he underwent in order to get so strong. She also is a fan of King and was disappointed when she learned that she wouldn't get to experience him in action up close. In addition, she refers to Superalloy Darkshine as senpai, showing respect for the S-Class Hero. During Nyan's ambush, she demonstrates her resolve by refusing to surrender the fight despite the clear difference in power between Nyan and herself. While acknowledging Superalloy Darkshine's incredible power and the baton that Child Emperor gave to her as motivations to keep fighting, she also exhibits a strong sense of duty, refusing to surrender the responsibility Child Emperor passed on to her. She also possesses a strong sense of teamwork. Mizuki also holds concern for others, such as for Superalloy Darkshine where she becomes dismayed when she notices his struggles in trying to regain his confidence. History: Mizuki is a famous track and field champion who decided to become a hero. Plot Monster Association Arc: Mizuki is among the heroes recruited for the support team during the raid on the Monster Association base. She and the other heroes arrive at the ghost town in Z-City, where they encounter numerous monsters. Mizuki engages multiple enemies on her own and manages to defeat many of them. However, she is eventually outnumbered, prompting Superalloy Darkshine to step in and assist. While Darkshine praises her physique, Mizuki uses grappling techniques to crush several watermelon-shaped monsters. After she defeats her opponents, the S-Class hero advises her not to overexert her muscles. Mizuki is seen standing beside another group of monsters she has taken down. Soon after, she and other members of the support team engage Rhino Wrestler, though they are overpowered by his sheer strength until Atomic Samurai defeats the rhino-like monster. Later, Mizuki and the other heroes of the support team fight off Monster Association forces as they escort Waganma to safety. Suddenly, Nyan appears and fights several of the heroes. Realizing that Nyan's target is Waganma, Sekingar tells Mizuki to carry the boy and flee, which she does. However, Nyan quickly catches up, and Mizuki throws Waganma to Food Battler Futoshi before being slashed across the chest by the cat-like monster. Despite being injured, Mizuki helps restrain Nyan by clinging to its tail during the heroes' coordinated attempt to stop the monster. Though the effort fails as Nyan breaks free and defeats the heroes, including Mizuki. Lying on the ground from the attack, she watches Gearsper burying Nyan under rubble and hearing him say he has repaid her for saving him. Soon after, Mizuki collapses from exhaustion and the injury. Before long, Drive Knight arrives and fights Nyan, saving Waganma from the monster. Much later, when an evacuation helicopter picks up wounded civilians and heroes, Mizuki is one of the heroes on board. During the attack on Sage Centipede, she helps One Shotter aim by holding his legs. Neo Heroes Introduction Arc: Mizuki secretly watches Superalloy Darkshine as he tries to regain his confidence. Darkshine works out in the gym, lifting weights, but the fear of battle does not go away, and he loses confidence in his own strength. Abilities and Powers: As a B-Class hero, Mizuki is fairly powerful. Rhino Wrestler rated her Shot Put attack 30 points out of 100 on his attack rating scale: even higher than the attacks of several A-Class heroes and double than that of One Shotter's high powered rifle shot at 15. • Enhanced Strength: Mizuki is strong enough to crush and decapitate various monsters who were either Wolf or Tiger Level. She threw a javelin hard enough to embed into concrete. Among the heroes who fought Rhino Wrestler, the latter scored her attack only below Iaian and Atomic Samurai, both of whom are top-tier A and S-Class heroes. She also braced against a falling reinforced-concrete block and stopped it with her shoulder and back to protect Gearsper. • Enhanced Speed and Reflexes: Before becoming a hero, Mizuki was a world-class track and field athlete. She was able to react to and counterattack incoming monsters while looking behind her back. • Enhanced Durability: Mizuki has endured being slammed to the ground by Rhino Wrestler, stomped on by a monster with sharp claws, and subjected to multiple hard impacts on concrete, all without showing serious signs of injury. • Weapon Transformation: Mizuki seemingly has the ability to change the shape and form of other weapons. Her signature baton was shown able to transform into a pole and gain a sharpened tip. She was shown to be able to transform one of the medals around her neck into a sharp disc. Fighting Style • Event (種目, Shumoku): Mizuki fights in a series of events using her equipment to support her sports-based fighting style. • Pole Vault (棒高跳び, Bōtakatobi): Mizuki's first event is the pole vault where she leaps over her opponents with her pole. • Javelin Throw (槍投げ, Yarinage): Event number two, Mizuki turns her pole into a javelin while still in the air and thrusts it at an opponent. • Hammer Throw (ハンマー投げ, Hanmā Nage): Mizuki hooks an opponent and swings him/her around before unhooking them. The hooked victim is used as a tool to knock around nearby enemies. • Shot Put (砲丸投げ, Hōgan'nage): This is Mizuki's fourth event in which she throws a ball and chain towards her opponent. Despite the attack's great power and speed, it had no effect on Demon Level Rhino Wrestler. • Discus Throw (円盤投げ, Enban'nage): Mizuki uses the medal hanging around her neck as a discus and throws it at her opponent. In the old version of the fight between Nyan and the heroes, she used this against Nyan. • Grappling: On top of her sports-themed techniques, Mizuki is also a capable grappler who can wrestle opponents on the ground. However, she stated that grappling is the only other thing she knows besides track and field. Equipment • Baton: Mizuki carries a baton that she changes the shape of with "Anchor Baton" written on it. It can extend a great distance and the tip can sharpen so that it can become a javelin. It was specially made for her by the Hero Association. • Medal: Mizuki wears a medal around her neck. Trivia • Murata references Michelle Jenneke when drawing Mizuki's physique. • Murata stated that the relationship between Superalloy Darkshine and Mizuki is similar to that of Zangief and Rainbow Mika from the Street Fighter series. • Depending on her performance, Mizuki might receive an invitation to join the Blizzard Group in the future. She is the younger sister of Suiryu and the granddaughter of Suicho. Appearance: Suiko is a young woman with a curvy yet very athletic build. She has dark eyes, tan skin, and short black hair as well as a beauty mark below the left side of her lips. She wears a hoodie on top of a sport top and black pants. In the webcomic, she wears a dark Chinese-style martial art uniform with white linings, long sleeves, and star-shaped buttons. Personality: Suiko is an easygoing and carefree woman, if not a little naive. She is somewhat arrogant and occasionally overrates her own abilities, similar to how her brother Suiryu behaved before being saved by Saitama. Though, she is not afraid of working to improve herself. Despite this, she is not one to put herself above others, as she was thankful to Saitama for saving her against Mirror and even called him much stronger than her own brother, Suiryu. Plot Monster Association Arc: Suiko visits her older brother Suiryu at the Hero Association Hospital while he is sleeping. Upon being teased by his little sister, Suiryu wakes up and they then have a conversation. Suiko expresses a little surprise after seeing that her brother is actually serious about becoming a hero and helping others with his strength. She then sees Tatsumaki's giant light spear on the news. Neo Heroes Uprising Arc: Suiko is approached by a Hero Association scouting group in her grandfather's dojo. The group asks for Suicho and wants to make him an S-Class hero, only for Suiko to tell them he is dead, so she offers to become a hero in his place. She travels to the Hero Association headquarters and is escorted to a training room by staff. On the way, she is asked about her brother Suiryu, who the association wants to contact for hero work as well. Suiko replies, saying that she would be a much more reliable hero than Suiryu. After a quick bout where she easily destroys a training robot, she is given an A-Class position, much to her disappointment, her original goal being landing in S-Class. Even so, she promises to herself she will make a name for herself as a hero. Suiko is next seen outside of the Hero Association headquarters, spectating the complaints of the Hero Name Victims Association and noting the group as heroes she doesn't want to become. After hearing the announcement warning of 5 Dragon-level monsters being spotted, she heads to Y-City to confront Mirror. The fight quickly goes sour as Suiko is unable to keep up with Mirror, only being able to dodge. She questions her strength as she is thrown into a store by the robot. She lands in front of a shelf filled with drinks, which she scans through for a drink with the highest alcohol concentration. After finding one, she drinks it. This seems to boost her performance notably, as she is able to land hits on Mirror, though none of them do damage. The fight is interrupted by Chain'n'toad and Butterfly DX who arrive as support. Suiko takes the opportunity given by the two heroes and hits Mirror using Void Quake Tiger Fist, which is largely ineffective. The battle turns into a beat down as all three heroes are easily taken out. The Hero Name Victims Association arrives to fight Mirror next, Suiko warning them that there is no chance of winning. She watches as Saitama easily kills the robot, and is so shocked by how easily he dispatched it that she pinched her own cheek to make sure she wasn't dreaming. She later on meets with Saitama and wants to exchange some fighting technique as she acknowledges his power until her older brother arrives, which she glads that he manages to find a proper job. She introduces him to Saitama and states that he is stronger than Suiryu but he does not believe her. As a compliment to make Suiko acknowledge his power, Suiryu permits Suiko to date Saitama. Suiryu persuades Suiko to join the Neo-Heroes and willing to put some recommendation to Saitama but Suiko declines as she does not want to be in the silly battle suit. Robot Invasion Arc: Later, Suiko is asleep in her room as the enormous robot army begins attacking the Hero Association headquarters, but is woken up by the commotion. She meets several heroes gathered in the operations room and is chastised for arriving late. She's quickly updated on the situation; over 4 million autonomous robots are attacking the complex, and the Joint Defense System is failing to hold them back. Suiko hears the widespread message from Suiryu soon after, in which her brother mentions that the Hero Association should not get involved with this battle, and that they should lock Suiko up due to her described recklessness. Suiko seems slightly annoyed at both this message and possibly the general hopelessness displayed by the other heroes nearby. She begins analyzing exactly why Suiryu sent this message, chalking it up to overconfidence and underestimation of her abilities. She also comes to the conclusion that being inside the besieged Hero Association headquarters is more dangerous than fighting in the battlefields outside. Abilities and Powers: As the student and granddaughter of Suicho, the inventor of the Void Fist, Suiko is a very powerful fighter. She claims to have trained more than Suiryu and believes herself to be stronger than him. Unlike her brother, she is more disciplined and takes the improvement of her skills and martial arts more seriously. Suiko was able to secure an A-Class rating from the Hero Association after only a brief demonstration. However, when facing a Dragon-level threat such as Mirror, she proves to be helpless, as even one of her strongest attacks only managed to deal 0.4% damage to the Machine God. Physical Abilities • Immense Strength: Through her training, Suiko has gained superhuman strength. She was able to easily destroy one of the Hero Association's training robots with her Void Revolving Tortoise Fist. Fighting Style • Skilled Martial Artist: Suiko is an accomplished martial artist and claims that she trained much more than her brother Suiryu, believing herself to be stronger than him. • Void Fist (冥躰拳, Meitei-ken; Viz: The Dark Body Art or Dark Corporal Fist[): This style focuses on maximizing damage output, while keeping a consistent flow of damage. The martial art utilizes shifting the user's center of gravity for attack and defense. • Void Revolving Tortoise Fist (冥躰廻亀拳, Meitei Kaiki ken): A technique similar to Void Sky Dragon Fist. It is shown to be strong enough to pulverize a Hero Association training robot. • Void Shaking Tiger Fist (冥躰震虎拳, Meitei Shin Koken): Suiko drives her foot into the ground and throws a heavy punch. • Void Sky Dragon Fist (冥躰空龍拳, Meitei Kūryū Ken): Suiko attacks her opponents rapidly with a barrage of kicks to the point of creating tremendous momentum that makes her twist like a tornado in mid-air. The momentum she creates from her repeating blows preserves her mid-air rotations. • Void Cornered Cat Fist (冥躰窮猫拳, Meitei Kyūbyō Ken):Void Leaping Monkey Fist (冥躰跳猿拳, Meitei Chōen Ken):Drunk Tiger: Suiko becomes intoxicated in order to make her fighting pattern more unpredictable. Trivia • In ONE's first storyboard, Suiryu was Lin Lin's brother. ONE ended up using the sibling idea to create Suiko. • Suiko's name is a pun on 遂行 (Suikou), "Accomplishment" and 酔拳 (Suiken), "Drunken Fist". • In the manga, her brother, Suiryu was the first one to know and acknowledge Saitama's strength.
