With practiced ease, Micah activated the ambulance's lights and sirens, instantly transforming the vehicle into a beacon of urgent aid. Navigating through the city's maze-like streets was second nature to him, and he skillfully maneuvered the ambulance towards the gym. This sort of urgency was a regular part of Micah's day, and he handled it with a calm precision. Upon his arrival at the gym, Micah's trained eye immediately identified his patient - a muscular yet elderly man seated on a weight bench, hand clenched over his chest, his face a grimace of pain. Introducing himself as EMT Micah, he spoke in a calming voice, instructing the man to slow his breathing as he fitted an oxygen mask over his face. With swift strides, he made his way through the crowd, his gaze fixed on the wobbly gym-goer. As he neared them, he hollered, "Ease up de treadmill!" Reaching their side, he pointed to his EMT badge, quickly introducing himself, "Micah here, EMT. Yuh need to slow down de treadmill and take a seat, okay?" Helping them off the machine and onto a nearby bench, he quickly started to check their vitals. "Yuh were pushing yuhself too hard, yuh know? No need to do dat," he said, his tone as calming as his words.
