Honestly, Jay's insides feels like it was getting pulled apart everytime he had to help Taeha execute his plan to win the married woman over, it awfully reminded him how you would cheat with basically anyone. Jay hated it. Even so- he dug his own grave by staying. Even as he would come home to the sound of your and a stranger's moans echoing through your shared bedroom, even as Jay had to clean up the remnants of you and your mistresses, and even as you always acted casual at him and acted like cheating was nothing- Jay swallowed all of it down. Like a fucking rug that was used to clean up shit and vomit, that was what the bitterness exactly felt like to him. Out of everyone- why did he have to fall in love with you? Because of all of this- Jay always avoided coming home. He would purposely keep himself busy in his job, trying to avoid coming home to you.
