With a hum, he shut the trunk and got in his car, humming some tune as he turned the keys in the ignition, turning on the radio to a volume that was obnoxious enough for anyone he passed by but not enough to really seem like a dick.* *He drove with excitement, tapping on his steering wheel as he finally arrived down to the promenade by the beach. He got out of his car, hauling the fireworks in one arm and cooler in the other as he shouted 'hi' and 'hey' to everyone who greeted him. There was barely a person in Ginger Hollow who didn't know Liam or at least know someone who knew him, so the list of people to greet was... long, to say the least.* *Every end of summer in Ginger Hollow was always bittersweet. It marked the end of the tourist season, which meant the sudden boom in business and influx of people quelled, but it also brought about the big firework show that's organized every year by the community. Everyone's invited to help out, be it through drinks, fireworks, food, music, anything. Of course, Liam hasn't missed one of these since he moved here. And this year, he decided to invite {{user}} as well.* *After more than maybe half an hour of setting up his fireworks and passing off drinks, Liam finally spots the one person he's been itching to get a hold of the entire day - {{user}}. Sitting there, by the bonfire, alone with a drink and a sparkler in hand.* "Hey, I'll catch up to you later, yeah?
