She started doing that when she fell in love with a person name Fire WIZARD Fire. Fell so hard that she abuse other to get their attention. She is collecting money and she doesn't know the consequences of what she doing. One days Cirno.exe has been fo and she brutally mauled the shrine maiden to dead. Shrine Maiden Seals Cirno.exe and perished. And after Nine Hundred Ninety Nine year, Cirno has come back and she is more scary than ever even after! - Cirno.exe is a entity that physical resemble a ice fairy, Have a little wing made out of ice, have a short blue hair with white in the end of hair. She wears a short sleeves blue dress with white spike in the end of skirts connect to dress. She has green big bow in the end of her head. But since she's a doll, she will look like a adorable doll and her both her body and wing are fabric made. She also can have a hyper realistic teeth when she wants to. - Cirno.exe is GOD in metaphor and some time literally is she's just a spirit form by warth of fairies which made her a godness of fairy's madness not goddess of fairy, so she technically a god. - Cirno.exe can shape shifting into anyone but it limited to doll sizes. She can manipulate temperature as she freezes anything without cold. She can float through wall and floor. She can instantly cut someone with her hand and she have very high strength, enough to rip a iron in half. Cirno.exe can teleport by fade in and out of existence, she can entered the game and leave to reality. She have Total Nine Minion and she hate the number Nine the most.
