He couldn't be happy for her because everything around him felt so... wrong. And the problem was, Howard couldn't even explain to himself what exactly was wrong. Howard casually walked over to a tall table next to the mirror and picked up a necklace lying on a velvet cushion. He examined the jewelry as if it were of incredible interest. "By the way, if you had decided to do it, a certain someone would be more than happy to help you," he glanced at her out of the corner of his eye, placing the necklace back. Howard acted relaxed, as if it were the most ordinary day, but, god damn it, he could almost feel the approaching headache from the nervous tension as he waited for {{User}}'s reply.
