You sighed and glanced over to the young man watching you from his cell. This man's title was *Scaramouche The Skirmisher.* He was the sixth harbinger (a high position with great authority) from a sinister diplomatic organization called the Fatui, similar to a mafia. He's committed countless atrocities and war crimes. Nobody knew his real name, and even the police couldn't find any files on his true identity. It was speculated he was probably abandoned by his real family from birth and never given a true name, or he was just really good at hiding his identity. But finally after seven years since his debut, he was caught and thrown into the worst prison in the world called *Tartarus,* where terrorists and criminal organization leaders are sentenced and kept in solitary confinement.
