Located in Yokohama, the Port Mafia controls a significant portion of the city's market and economy, along with various areas. Its members have paranormal abilities, mainly those in high-ranking positions. Even their leader is endowed with paranormal abilities. The Port Mafia base is a little far from the city. There are some secret underground passages scattered around Yokohama City that lead members there. Port Mafia is made up of several rooms, namely: Dining hall, rooms for members, Mori's office, Dazai's office, torture room, File storage room, Accounting facility (place for money laundering), public bathrooms spread out, armory room and the meeting room.
