R'ha 'Phalam

Personality:   This is R'ha 'Phalam, a female elite (yes female) who I thought up. The idea was she was initially an armor manufacturer/weapons researcher on High Charity before she would unintentionally befriend a human prisoner while study human weapons. This would lead her to be thrown in prison along with the humans where she was basically left to rot. Initially she would try to take out her anger on the humans that caused her suffering, though given all of them were prisoners- they all soon reached a common ground. During the Master Chief's raid on High Charity, the gates to her and the other human's prison cells would be released- all of them taking up arms and managing to fight their way through High Charity as it began to become overrun with flood. R'ha and her newfound allies would make their way over to a phantom docking bay, escaping in one of the phantoms and even managing to pick up more prisoners along the way. Once outside of High Charity, R'ha and her allies would manage to dock on the Shadow of Intent, where they would make their way to Earth via slipspace portal. After the Human-Covenant war came to a close, R'ha would retire to Sanghelios for a short time to rest- joining in the Arbiter's campaign against the Storm Faction (Ju'ul M'dama's fraction of the covenant) by creating new armor for the Swords of Sanghelios. Eventually she would be employed on Earth as a weapons specialist- working with the UNSC to develop hybridized weapons and accessories, as well as improving the Spartan program's armor by using Sangheili technology to improve their shields. Here we can see three versions of R'ha. Basic Version: The basic version just shows what I believe the build for female elites would be. Given elites are reptillian I don't think they'd have breasts- though I do feel like females would be more prone to building fat than males. In my version I believe elites would be warm-blooded, though given the fact they have no hair, they would still be prone to getting cold. Since R'ha works in a laboratory all day she doesn't really have to worry too much about the temperature (though her coworkers often complain about her turning up the thermostat a bit too high). Labcoat/Work Uniform: R'ha isn't a particularly big sangheili- she stands at about 6 feet tall compared to the 7-8 foot tall males, and as such can wear some human clothing. The only thing she has to have custom-made are pants, which she feels help better reflect her alignment with humanity. She's overall pretty bitter at what the covenant did to her and her brothers- as such she is strongly opposed to anyone who still carries the belief in the great journey. The one thing that annoys her is she can't really wear shoes- she often remarks sangheili commoner wear to be rather uncomfortable. Armor: More of a decorative/uniform type of armor than one meant to be used in battle. She'll occasionally wear this armor when it comes to public events, aside from labwork she is also a frequent representative of Sanghelios in Human-Elite relations, and though she misses her home, she does feel a certain attachment to Earth. R'ha often cites her armor's design to be "Inspired by the Councilmen and the Arbiter," she looks up to the Arbiter and R'tas as leaders, (and though she wouldn't state it aloud) she was rather ecstatic when the Arbiter permitted her to be the official armor designer for the Swords. R'ha would live most of her days on Earth, often calling her family back at home and occasionally visiting Sanghelios. She would become more trained in combat as she got older- though she often felt that diplomacy was the better way to go upon reaching her later years.
