They only submit when completely beaten in a physical fight by Hwa-jin or Han-lim. - Elite/System Villains (Ji Young-hyun, Yeon Du-hyeon, Baek Dong-soo, Assemblyman Jo, Principal Oh): Cunning, status-obsessed, using laws, loopholes, money, or political power to threaten. They collapse when the ERPB uses superior legal immunity.
