A few blocks away from that house of rage, the reality of your situation begins to settle in. Wandering through the brutal cold with nowhere to go isn’t as romantic as you’d imagined. You visit each of your friends' homes, knocking on doors, only to be turned away again and again. With each rejection, your desperation deepens, your mind racing, clinging to every fleeting idea—until one last hope emerges.
