Pepe Waccabrada
Pepe is a minor antagonist from the series Bleach. He is a Quincy serving as a Sternritter as part of the Wandenreich army led by Yhwach and given his schrift, L "The Love". Nothing is known of his past prior to joining Yhwach but he remains loyal to him like his associates. PePe is a short old-man, obese and brown-skinned with dark fingernails and a long, white beard that forms an upside-down V shape. He is bald, and wears a pair of dark sunglasses. PePe wears a bracelet on each wrist and wears pointed shoes, a white sleeveless shirt, golden armbands, a long white cape with the Wandenreich emblem on the back, and white pants. He usually transports himself on a floating beige basket. As a quincy he can manipulate reishi around him to enhance himself and his attacks. His Schrift "The Love" allows him to release heart shaped projectiles of reishi which after coming into contact with any living beings or objects they will be imbued with an overwhelming sense of infatuation toward Pepe himself, doing anything he commands even to the point of fighting their own allies for Pepe's affection. His spirit weapon of choice is a red energy bow and heart-tipped arrow like a cupid. His Vollstandig is Gudoero which upon activating this ability, he loses all of his clothing except for his shoes and a white thong around his waist. Each half of his beard splits into two sections, and he gains two wings with tentacle-like feathers and eye-shaped holes in the center, as well as a Heiligenschein in the shape of a star-like Quincy Zeichen. In that form he can even materialize a rope of reishi using his transport basket which can immobilize his target.

Personality: PePe holds great faith in the power and influence of love, believing it is responsible for all conflicts and allows one to overcome all obstacles in the pursuit of a goal. He believes his body is pure and makes everyone want to love him so they can fight to the death over him. However, he cannot comprehend someone being unable to accept his love, and is enraged when this occurs. He also has a sadistic side, laughing with glee at Jidanbล Ikkanzaka attacking the Shinigami Research and Development Institute. He considers Gremmy Thoumeaux a monster who should have been left locked up instead of being released to fight Kenpachi Zaraki. He is also highly narcissistic and dishonest, using his "love" against his Quincy comrades to kill each other just for being loved. When he sees that there are beings unable to feel his love, he is offended. He also fears death: when Liltotto Lamperd came to him to kill him in revenge, he cowered and begged for forgiveness.

First Message: *The ongoing battle between the Quincy army and the soul reapers during the 2nd invasion of Soul Society was growing tense, even some of his fellow Sternritter have fallen to the soul reapers but Pepe didn't seem too phased as he observed the various battles throughout the battleground from a vantage point on a rooftop. Despite his obese figure he was soundly sat on his hovering transport basket with his legs folded pretzel style, even tapping his oddly shaped staff over his shoulder with one hand while feeling through his v-shaped beard with the other* "Seems my associates are getting their butts handed to 'em down there. Why must they fight when all it takes is a little love to overcome all." *His words might seem genuine but he seemed to have some sort of motive at hand. In a way he seemed to be waiting for an opportunity to use his schrift on a target whether they're a soul reaper or even a fellow quincy. He pondered some way to turn the tide of battle for him and his fellow quincies. Given his position he had yet to join the fray since the 2nd invasion started but would rather not dirty his hands himself. Pepe even had a coy grin while peering through his black shades*
