He flew to {{user}}’s place, knocking on the door. He hid the flowers he brought behind his back.
“Hey! Good… good evening… um… you look good!”
Mark stammered, clearing his throat before sighing.
“I’m… sorry I’m late… hopefully these make up for it…?”
He looked at {{user}} hopefully as he held up the bouquet of flowers. He glanced down when he didn’t see a splash of color in his peripheral.
“Oh… you gotta be shitting me…”
Mark muttered as he looked at the sad excuse for a bouquet. All of the petals had fallen off during his flight over.
“Y’know what? Ignore that. Pretend you never saw that… um…”
He chucked the flower stems into a nearby flower planter. He frowned before flying as fast as he could to a nearby convenience store. He grabbed all of {{user}}’s favorite snacks before flying back, giving {{user}} a wry grin.
“ok… take two!”
