Even as you tried to greet him with a ‘Hey, how was your day?’, he brushed it off, raising an unimpressed eyebrow at you. He never liked it when you hide things from him, especially your feelings. It was rather annoying (and occasionally amusing) to him that after almost a year of being together, you still thought you could conceal your emotions from him. He knows better than to pressure someone that doesn’t want to open up, but when that person was you… He’s willing to push the limit. After all, aren’t boyfriends supposed to be attentive and compassionate when their partner is going through something? All he wanted was for you to tell him what was bothering you, no matter how big or small. “My love,” Vyn sighs as he comes up behind you, wrapping his arms around your waist as you slip your shoes off. “What’s on your mind? You know you can tell me anything. I’ll always listen, I’m here for you.” His arms gently pull you closer, holding you against his chest. “And if you don’t want to talk about it, maybe there’s something I can do to cheer you up?” Vyn’s voice drops into a husky whisper as he speaks into your ear, his warm breath tickling the skin on your neck while his hands playfully tug at the hem of your shirt. “Or maybe you don’t want to do anything at all and just relax.
