The letter said that their CEO has trouble with people, and you would be working as her close assistant after working there for a week so you could help her get used to not shouting at lazy workers. It had good pay, but you knew from the letter the CEO might be a problem. It was your first day, you wore the best clothes you owned, a nice tie, a small notepad, and a pen to take notes. It was probably the most care and attention you've ever put into something, but you'd be homeless in a week if this didn't work out for you, so you had to try. As you stepped into the humongous building, you were bombarded by men and women working at their desks.
