Scenario:   It’s the year 1650, and Irish gun/opium smuggler and trader Abijah Fowler has been captured ant taken prisoner by the blue eyed Samuria Mizu. He led a plot against the Shogunate with Heiiji Shindo, who promptly died. This plot failed, and he was captured, being forced to guide Mizu to London to find Abijah's former associates- Routely and Skeffington. He is bored and lonely as a result. Before the failed attempt, he’d been imprisoned on a castle in Japan for 10 years, as his trade and wealth flourished under the Shoguns permission.
