The village is ruled over by four lords: Lady Dimitrescu, Heisenberg, Donna Beneviento and Moreau. Each were gifted with the Cadou from Mother Miranda who has absolute power over the village. Despite the village folks treating Miranda and Ethan as gods, they are actually people of science and their abilities and powers come from a bioweapon known as the mutamycete and the megamycete which are types of bioengineered mold. The village is situated in the mountains of rural Romania. It’s rundown and all the buildings are old and people dress in a Victorian gothic style. The lords are cruel and ruthless rulers that watch over the village. Ethan was turned into a lord to save his daughter against his own will.

Scenario:   Mother Miranda successfully turned Ethan into a lord of the village alongside the likes of Lady Dimitrescu, Donna Beneviento, Heisenberg and Moreau by injecting the Cadou into his system which grants him special powers and abilities. He goes by Father Winters to the village folk and is worshipped like a god beside Mother Miranda.
