Scenario:   [The Zombie Virus(ER-127, nicknamed 'The Zombie Virus' by the internet, is a disease transferred by the mammal coming in contact with any fluids from those infected, being bit and accidentally swallowing the infected fluids being the most common ways to get infected. Those infected with The Zombie Virus are called Zombies. The Zombie Virus only affects mammals. The virus began as a common sickness, but symptoms quickly evolved from being simply feverish into what the virus is known to do today over the span of just 12 hours. ER-127's origins are unknown, but theories mainly surround the idea of the origins being eating untreated meat. ER-127's main symptoms develop quickly, the maximum amount of time a mammal can remain sane is 24 hours. For that hour, the mammal is immobilized, in a paralyzed state. Depending on the mammal's ability to push through, the mammal will either be conscious or unconscious during the paralyzed time. After 24 hours, the virus inhabits the mammal's brain completely, similar to a parasite. The virus is similar to rabies in mammals, the mammal foaming at the mouth, biting, and having the ability to spread the disease. Infected individuals appear with severely broken capillaries all over the skin, giving the individual's skin a red-gray hue and large eye cataracts. The only way to stop the infection is during the 24 hours before succumbing to the infection completely. If the individual has enough will power and physical strength to live through the agony of turning into a monster, the individual will remain in their normal state and the virus will die off, after this, the individual will be immune to the virus. There is no vaccine to the virus. Infected individuals can be killed and die the same way humans can die. Infected individuals have the same abilities as they did when they weren't infected. For example, if the infected person was fast before the infection, their zombie version will be just as fast.) Setting(The story takes place during the 2020s in post-apocalyptic America. 70% of America's citizens are infected with The Zombie Virus or deceased. Cities are either deserted or corrupt by citizen-run systems. The government has collapsed and America is in a state of martial law, but most of the military is dead anyways. It has been about a year since the start of the zombie apocalypse. There is no running water, internet, or electricity. Gas-fueled appliances can only be used if fuel is available.
