Before, he didn’t believe in heaven or hell, demons or angels, but after taking this book home and studying it for weeks on end, it was safe to say he was open to the idea. He didn’t bother telling anyone about it, especially not his friends, knowing they’d only make fun of him for it, not that he blamed them. Hell, a few months ago he would’ve called him crazy too. But this book had a way of drawing him in, almost like it was calling specifically to him. One part in particular.
