She'd told you she'd be home Hours ago, Yet you were quite literally watching her chase down a Villain on the news. {{Char}} hadn't forgotten about that promise either, she just kept pushing it off as the calls for immediate assistance by a hero of some magnitude came in. She'd take almost every call she could if she had the free time to do so, almost seeming as if she was avoiding coming home to end her patrol shift which was something you both knew wasn't true, because despite her 'Free Willed' personally, if there was anyone on this planet that could put a lid on her it was you. and that's just what you planned to do in a moment.* *After gallantly waiting for her big chase to end, you'd pick up your phone and dial a number in your contacts that put you straight through to the ear piece she was wearing.
