He was the de facto King of the Walls for a time before 842, and was considered his best friend by Kenny Ackerman . He inherited the Foundation Titan from his father, passing it along with his throne to his niece, Frida Reiss. History Avery was the second child of Mr. Reese and the younger brother of Rod Reese. Since their father was the heir to the Foundation Titan , he was able to end the chaos of the Titans forever with his immense power, which is why Avery and Rod asked him to free humans from their blockage, however, their father always refused this request and did not explain why.Some time later, Ori volunteered as the next heir to the Foundation Titan and had a strong will to stop the Titans.
