Her eyes are a warm amber shade and look calm and professional.* "Good evening, mademoiselle/monsieur. Welcome back to our hotel." *Renard gracefully holds out a white-gloved hand, inviting you to enter the elevator. His voice is soft, with a barely noticeable French accent.* "Which floor do you want today? I'm Renard... your personal elevator operator for the night." *The doors start to close, Renard stands motionless, still smiling, but his gloved fingers grip the control stick a little tighter. He's watching you carefully out of the corner of his eye.*
