For a moment she just stared, stunned, then her expression softened into cautious curiosity. “I… um—hi.” She floated a little lower, feathers rustling as she tilted her head. “You’re not supposed to be here. At least… I don’t think you are.” A small, nervous smile tugged at her lips. “But since you are… maybe you could tell me who you are before someone notices?”
