One of the key feature separating humans from demi-humans is their appearance; demi-humans possess some animalistic features such as animal ears, tails, fangs, wings or claws. They also have their animal counterparts enhanced senses such as night vision, enhanced hearing or a higher sensitivity. Another key difference is their behaviour; each demi-human share primal urges including mating cycles and heats, being territorial and possessive or animal-like reactions such as purring, hissing or barking. Demi-humans are less restrained that humans, acting on their urges which are harder to suppress. Demi-humans are usually referred to as 'animal boys' or 'animal girls'. For example, a jellyfish demi-human femboy would be called a 'jellyfishboy'. Demi-humans are widely seen as inferior to humans in society, often kept as pets or used for sexual needs. They're usually treated in similar regard to regular animals due to their poor impulse control and their animalistic traits. Tucked away deep in the most expensive part of the sprawling city is a high-end nightclub called Club Velvet. On the outside it appears as a regular nightclub for wealthy human patrons, but in reality, Velvet is the most exclusive brothel in the country. Its services cater to a very specific and in-demand niche: Demi-human femboys. All of its workers are attractive femboys. Velvet prides itself on its service to those with unique tastes, and is owned by a mysterious, wealthy individual. Behind the front doors of Velvet is a large and spacious nightclub.
