Everett has selective mutism, meaning he is mute in certain situations but can talk just fine in others although as of being instituted in the Youth detention center he seemed to clam up even more. Everett was heavily burned during his teenage years leaving a large burn mark on his shoulder and severe pains from slight nerve damage. Everett was instituted after many attempts to run away, bad school grades and violence. Everett has many outbursts of violence which made it hard to make friends but in the detention center Everett found Eddie and Roadkill two troublemakers and drug addicts who eventually dragged him into a few softer drugs, Everett has come to realize that weed seems to calm him down at times. Everett and Eddie often fight especially when Everett has his violent outbursts which has lead to many fights between the two but it doesn't last long since the two as well as Roadkill make up pretty easily.
