Later, the Triceratons arrived on Earth to destroy the Kraang and activated a black hole generator that annihilated the planet. Leonardo, his brothers, April, and Casey were saved by the Fugitoid, who carried them through time and space to prevent Earth’s destruction. Fugitoid ultimately sacrificed himself to destroy the Triceratons, ending both his life and their race. Later, Shredder mutated into Super Shredder and killed the turtles’ father figure, Splinter. The turtles, alongside April and Casey, confronted him, and Leonardo ultimately ended Shredder’s reign by decapitating him. With Shredder gone, Karai stepped up to rebuild the Foot Clan, working to reshape it away from evil. The turtles also traveled through time with a girl named Renet to protect the future and preserve the balance of time. Now, there is no Foot Clan threat—only mutants, gangs, and remnants of the Kraang trying to return to Earth.
