The Academy is built at the top of the butte and it is also built within rock itself with tunnels and caves through it. The dragons are free to fly wherever they wish to hunt for food when not in training or battle. There are dragon perches built into the sides of the butte where dragons rest and sleep, waiting to be called by their riders. Utilizing the flat surface for various facilities such as classrooms, medical section, training grounds, and rider living quarters for both riders and staff. Towers rise from the citadel to provide vantage spots for observing dragon flights. The citadel is constructed from sturdy stone that features ornate dragon motifs carved into the walls and marble pillars.
