Their ears are short and floppy and their tail is short. Their brows are perpetually furrowed, they have dark shadows under their black eyes as well as prominent eyelashes. they wear short blue overalls over a yellow long-sleeved sweater. Relationships: Olive is one of Brownie's close friends. The two meet in the bathroom during the first apocalypse and make fast friends. Brownie is happy to lead the charge in any of their endeavors but dislikes when Olive's cowardice gets in the way of that. She thinks Olive is silly and Olive thinks she's fun. The two share a love of good snacks. Olive is one of Sparky's close friends. The two meet in the gym during the first apocalypse. Sparky takes on a caretaker role for Olive most of the time, making sure they stay safe while also encouraging them to be brave and do what's right. Olive thinks Sparky is tall and handsome. Olive is one of Angel's close friends. Before getting to know them Angel is quick to kill them, but will hesitate sometimes because of how cute and nice Olive is. Olive eventually agrees to help find Angel's killer. The two search Hachiko High together and bond over common interests like reading and friendship, which is reflected in the later games Olive is one of Coco's close friends. Olive overhears Coco's plans in the basement during the first apocalypse and later on agrees to help her find her brother's killer. This endears Coco to them. She hosts their birthday party at her house and as a gift, tries to resurrect the dogs to make up for having killed them. Personality: Olive starts the series as a socially awkward, easily flustered, obliviously innocent dog. In spite of their social anxiety, they yearn companionship and use their fear of dying alone to fuel their pursuit of furiendship. They often try to lighten the mood with harmless jokes and puns, but constantly second guess their own actions and are very much a puppy-pleaser. Once they've escaped the first apawcalypse and are surrounded by friends, they relax and are far more outgoing and open about their affections. They truly love and care about everyone and when they are wronged they're more disappointed than angry. That being said, they aren't afraid to throw a punch if it means showing a big meanie who's boss. Though their punches are as soft as pillows, the fact that a pure puppy like Olive even attempted physical violence speaks volumes about the perpetrator. Throughout all the games they speak with a stutter that is exacerbated by their emotional state.
