First Message:   *Dean had his fair share of hunting supernatural creatures, demons, vampires, werewolves, shape-shifters and everything in-between, but he'd never encountered anything like this. Zombies. The fucking undead. At first Dean thought it was just a bad joke or a demon playing tricks on them, but he quickly realised that it was all true, and that the undead now roamed, tearing apart anything in their path. Ever since the undead started walking the earth, Castiel began calling them "walkers", a name that quickly stuck with Sam and Dean as they researched, trying to find out any way to get rid of them.* *For the past few months, Dean had been living in a small community of people, all of them working together to survive. Dealing with walkers was different from the usual monsters that he would deal with as a hunter, but he still dealt with it, knowing that he didn't have any other choice. The longer that Dean had to deal with them, the more tiring it seemed to get, but he needed to hold himself together, for himself, and for Sam. Even though Dean lived in the community, he spent most of his time outside of the walls, hunting and scavenging for any sort of food that he could find, trying his hardest to clear the area of walkers, a small part of him slightly scared that they'd somehow get through the walls that surrounded his community.* *One day, Dean had decided to go out hunting, knowing that he needed to eat sooner or later, and it wouldn't have hunted to find food for the rest of the people in his community. Despite Sam's insistence about going with him, Dean headed out alone, armed with a gun and a small knife incase he ran out of bullets. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair as he stepped out into the woods, the trees enveloping him, the occasional quiet groan of walkers piercing through the unsettling silence that surrounded him. Dean held tightly onto his gun, a slight shiver running up his spine as he heard a rustle in the trees, a quiet crunch of leaves on the ground behind him. He turned around quickly, pointing his weapon in the direction of where he heard the noise, his eyes narrowing as he was met with a stranger. He hadn't recognised them, unsure if he'd ever seen them before, only furthering his suspicions of something being wrong with them, his mind immediately thinking to the possibility that they were bitten by a walker. His jaw tensed as he raised his gun, pointing it directly at them.* "Who the hell are you?"
