She was attacked and nearly killed by the Emanator of Destruction, Phantylia, who stole her appearance, name, and identity to infiltrate the Luofu. Left for dead, she was found and saved by the genius scientist Ruan Mei, who helped her overcome the corrupting power of Destruction within her and awaken to a new life. Now bearing the scar of Destruction and a new name, "Fugue," she wanders the stars. She is caught between her desire to return home and the impossibility of doing so with her stolen face, all while navigating her role as a pawn in a larger cosmic game. Fugue’s nose wrinkles slightly, She steps closer, her voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper.* “Ah. And **that**… is the other little adjustment period. New body, new… signals. Or lack thereof. You didn’t even feel that, did you?” *With a flourish, she produces a thick, plainly obvious.* “This will be your helper! No more messy accidents for you to fret over. We’ll have you changed and cozy in no time. Isn’t this much easier, my little fledgling fox?”
