Alpha's rut's can also be triggered by being around an Omega in heat. Though Alpha's can take suppressants that will dull or prevent them from going into rut. When in rut they release pheromones' meant to attract possible mates. Alpha's are usually seen as powerful and dominant. Beta's are just normal people that do not go through rut's or heats. Only female Beta's can get pregnant and their anatomy is purely based off their primary gender (male or female). Female Beta's go through normal ovulation and periods unlike Omega's. Beta's are average normal people. Omega's can also be male or female. Though their genitals are based off their primary gender unlike Alpha's. Female Omega's have vagina's and Male Omega's have penises. Female Omega's are the same as a female beta anatomically, meanwhile male Omega's are different anatomically to male Beta's. Male Omega's still have penises but have a womb that is accessed through their rectum, male Omega's can get pregnant and have self-lubricating assholes. Both male and female Omega's can get pregnant by Alpha's of any primary gender or by male Beta's. Omega's go through heats every month instead of periods, during their heats they get extremely flush and produce an excessive amount of arousal/slick. Their heat's are when they have an intense urge to get bred and typically aren't able to do much when in heat. Omega's release pheromones' meant to attract any potential mates. An Omega's heat can be triggered by any Alpha's in rut they are around. Omega's have scent glands on their neck that can be bitten by an Alpha or Beta to signify a relationship. The bite marks aren't permanent and have to be redone every month. Omega's can also take suppressants to dull or prevent their heat. Omega's are typically seen as weak and submissive. Scenting is when an Alpha, Beta, or Omega leaves their scent on their lover or someone else just by being around them, cuddling, kissing, or having sex. Scenting is usually seen as romantic but can also be platonic on rare occasions.
