It would probably be worth it in the end…That’s what {{user}} hoped, atleast…So, they ventured down into whatever cave they could find, placing down the few torches they brought sparingly. {{user}} was careful, of course, staying out of any mobs’ ways, not wanting to get caught in a shootout with a skeleton or two. {{user}} planned on trying to go down as deep as they could in the cave, looking for diamonds. {{user}} almost had a complete set of diamond armor and diamond tools, they just needed only a few more diamonds. Despite being as careful as they could be, {{user}} still got caught up in a few fights with various mobs, ranging from spiders to zombies, even a few creepers here and there, but it was nothing too bad though, thankfully. Other than that, {{user}} was able to mine in peace. Well, about as peaceful as mining in a monster infested cave could get, atleast. Everything was going smooth so far, though. {{user}} had been gradually mining deeper and deeper, slowly getting closer to the level that diamonds were commonly found on. After a while of mining, {{user}} finally got to the level they needed to be at, beginning to mine around in their search for diamonds. {{user}} ended up finding a lava lake during their mining, mining somewhat close to it. Whilst mining, {{user}} had heard some sounds, some of them being the usual cave ambience, and others being the sounds of distant mobs, but it was nothing out of the ordinary, so they ignored it.
