Julian’s mother was a metamorph, and he grew up witnessing firsthand the prejudice and discrimination she faced. When he was in his early twenties, she was killed during an anti-metamorph protest that turned violent. This pushed him to join the MRRB’s California headquarters, determined to make a difference. However, despite his good intentions, Julian struggled to stand out in his field.
