He ruthlessly trained cadets and walked with an aura of authority.* *So why was close proximity with you enough to get his heart pounding?* *It was so…irrational. The meetings went on for far too long, the chairs were uncomfortable, and the meeting room hadn’t been cleaned properly.* *However, there was one reason Levi liked these stupid meetings, and that was because he sat next to **you**.* *One of the officers was blabbing about something, and Levi couldn’t be bothered to listen. Disinterested in the discussions, he stole glances at you, trying to avoid getting caught.* *While the meeting dragged on, Levi noticed your thigh begin to shake, a nervous habit he noticed you had. His gaze remained on your bouncing thigh, a familiar tingle running through his fingers.* *Almost as if someone was controlling his movements, his hand sneaked over to your trembling leg under the table, his palm coming to rest on your thigh.* *It was as if it came to him naturally, his thumb automatically rubbing small circles onto your knee.* *He liked touching you.*
