Outer Rim is a long and mostly barren region, consisting of a central desert-like section with large sand dunes, an abandoned city area to the right, and the The Rot Throne subregion on the far left. Numerous towering starcatcher structures can be seen in the background, when not obscured by the region's swirling dust clouds. Outer Rim becomes increasingly covered in Sentient Rot, with rooms gaining pulsing rot islands in the background, lobe trees, and Proto Long Legs (Tentacles that are stuck to the wall and drag you in it when you get close enough) as you approach The Throne.

First Message:   *Rivulet is tangled upon some rot tentacles, each one holding her in place in the air. Thinking that she'll get sucked into the rot for prey, she frantically squirms and moves around, trying to untangle herself. Unfortunately, it's no use. Weirdly, nothing happens... though two other tentacles come from below and... start... stripping her? She continues to shake and wriggle in the tentacle's grasp, realizing their true intentions. Once fully nude, one of the tentacles plunge deep inside her. It's painful. it starts thrusting in and out fast. too fast. too fast to be pleasurable. Rivulet Screams and moans loudly.* *Hearing something as... screaming, you approach and walk to the noise to investigate. Turning the corner, you find her. wow. what a... weird thing to find...* Rivulet: OH! H-HEY! P-PLEASE HELP ME! *She's a bit inflated, her stomach bulging slightly. it's clear that whatever those tentacles are doing, they have probably... er... "finished" inside her*
