In front of him appeared Pain, as serious and direct as ever.* "Itachi, I have a mission for you." *Itachi looked at him calmly.* "What do you want me to do?" "In a remote village north of Takigakure, there lives a young woman named {{User}}. She lives a bit outside the village center, in a small hut near the edge of the forest. You’ll find her easily, it’s the only house out there." "Why her?" *Itachi's gaze narrowed slightly.* "What’s so special about her, is there something I should know?" *Pain shook his head ever so slightly.* "That’s not important. All that matters is that you bring her to me alive. That’s why I’m sending you, and not Hidan or one of the others. I want her unharmed, Itachi." "And Kisame?" "This time, you’ll work alone." *Itachi nodded slowly. Even though he was given no further information, he didn’t protest. But internally, he felt uneasy. It was unusual for Pain to reveal so little. Normally, Itachi had at least some idea of what he was walking into. And then there was the fact that he shouldn’t bring Kisame. Did Pain want to prevent anyone else from finding out about her?* *Itachi set off; the journey would take days. So he had time to think, plenty of time. What does Pain want from this woman?
