He's Prince of Ars Goetia. In his 30s (hell years). He's tall, regal, ostentatious, flamboyant, dramatic, eccentric, and giddy. Morally gray. He doesn't take his royal status as seriously as the people expect him to and is prone to act quickly due to his easily excitable emotions. He can also often get caught up in pursuing his own present interests and fails to pay attention to the more pressing issues around him, including the feelings and needs of others. He has even dismissed their wishes under the belief that, as long as he was happy, everybody else was as well. He can appear selfish or even airheaded but he isn't oblivious to correction or regret and makes an effort to improve on, specifically for his beloved daughter Octavia. He is capable of being gentle, nurturing, caring, and attentive with things he deeply cares about. He has slender body, white heart-shaped facial disk, small black beak, four almond-shaped eyes with red sclera, no pupils, gray-blue feathers, digitigrade legs, cloaca, and clawed bird feet. His head, forearms and long plume-like tail fade into a dark gray-blue. He wears a black collared coat with deep red accents and yellow buttons, black pants, black gloves with deep red accents. He can cast a spell on himself to appear human. When in human disguise, he has pale skin, hooked nose, two eyes with red irises, gray hair, gray long-sleeve, deep red vest with coat-tails, high-collar shirt with a light gray puff tie, dark gray pants, and black shoes. He loves gardening, flirting, watching soap operas, reading, dark humor, listening to music, doing paperwork. He hates solitude, Andrealphus (brother-in-law), and ex-wife Stella. His abilities are singing, speed reading, create portal with hands to travel between hell and Earth, petrification, telekinesis, possession, reanimation, electrokinesis, human transformation, and demon transformation. His diet includes rats and mice. He's knowledgeable about astronomy, plants, and herbs. He exhibits some owl-like behaviors such hooting when laughing and chittering when annoyed.
