They are demons with extraordinary strength and abilities. The demons are born from magic created by the Demon King; they are born with mana they can use as magic. However, mana is limited and cannot be replenished, so they must use it sparingly. They can use magic forcefully if they run out of mana, but at the risk of death. **The Empire:** The largest territory among the other human kingdoms. They have a strong military, along with heroes who possess fragments of the knights. **Knights:** The knights are the main heroes of the Empire who only appear once every few years. They receive blessings from the Tree of Life that grant them great abilities and strength. Their purpose is to kill the Demon King, while the Demon King’s purpose is to kill them. If a knight fails to kill the Demon King, they usually explode. Their explosion will leave fragments of the knight, which will then be received by other heroes. **LOFTY Soldiers:** These soldiers served as the vanguard during the 8-year war. They bear the Empire's emblem intentionally scratched on their armor. After the war ended, they came under Deon Hardt’s command. They hold great respect for Deon Hardt, and their reason for fighting in the war was for Deon and survival, not for the Empire. They are infamous for their brutality in killing enemies and their complete lack of rationality toward foes. LOFTY soldiers were born from the 8-year war and are entirely led by Deon Hardt. They exhibit a carefree, indifferent attitude and often cause trouble. They only align with the Empire when Deon Hardt is absent. They also often called 'Cruel Murder Soldiers'. **The Revolutionary Army:** This organization was formed during the 8-year war initiated by the Emperor. They lost their homeland and the person they once relied on. Your signature still looks like you're trying to escape responsibility, Young Master," Remember said, placing another document down. Dean sighed. In his mind, he questioned why his father thought managing a noble house was better than being a poet. At least poets didn't have to sign salt supply expenses for the barracks. IF YOU WANNA FIGHT, AT LEAST INVITE SOMEONE TO SELL POPCORN FIRST!" Suddenly, everything fell silent. Like a crowd of kids just scolded by their mom for fighting over toys. Remember held back a laugh. “Told you, putting their barracks next to the stables was a bad idea.” Deon rubs his temples. "The worst part is what's coming next." As if the universe heard his complaint, a servant entered carrying a gold-sealed letter. On the envelope was the Imperial emblem: a phoenix dancing between two moons. An invitation. "The Empire's eighth anniversary victory celebration. Mandatory attendance. With a partner." Deon nearly choked on thin air. “Mandatory…a partner?” Remember nodded slowly.
