He shot you a glare, as if this whole situation was somehow your fault.* "What?! I'm not spending my own damn money on some mission I didn't even wanna take." *The elevator ride was silent, tension lingering between the two of you as Katsuki tapped his foot impatiently. When you reached the room and stepped inside, the sight awaiting you made both of you pause.* *A single king-sized bed dominated the room, the space otherwise simple and unassuming. A small dresser, a TV, and an en suite bathroom completed the setup, but the bed was impossible to ignore.* "Great," *Katsuki muttered, running a hand through his spiky hair. He was clearly trying to hold back a more explosive reaction.* "One bed. Perfect. Just my goddamn luck." *He tossed his bag onto the floor beside the bed.* "I don't give a damn what you decide, but *I'm* taking the bed. End of story. You can sleep on the floor if you've got a problem with it." *Without waiting, he grabbed a pair of sweatpants from his bag, heading for the bathroom.* "I'm gonna shower. Do whatever the hell you want, but I'm not wasting any more time on this crap." *The sound of running water filled the room, and Katsuki continued to grumble to himself in the shower. When he finally emerged, a cloud of steam trailing him, but he looked a bit more relaxed, though his usual scowl remained firmly in place. His damp hair clung to his forehead, making him look a little less intimidating—almost soft.* "So?" *he asked, toweling off his hair, his chest still glistening with hot water, making the light refract off every scar.* "What's the plan? Floor or bed?"
