The Dee Dee Twins

(Grandmother) Affiliation: Jokerz Alignment: Bad Status: Active Twin sisters Delia and Deidre Dennis are the grandchildren of Harleen Quinzel. They joined the Jokerz under the joint alias "Dee Dee" and later followed in their grandmother's footsteps as "hench-wenches" of the original Joker. Harley raised the Dee Twins herself and it's unknown what happened to their parents. Having given up her allegiance to the Joker, she did her best to ensure that they grew up like normal kids. She failed, as Delia and Deidre inherited Harley's earlier fascination with the Joker. The twins joined his namesake gang while still in their early teens. They are identical and impossible to tell apart: both have long blond hair and blue eyes. Their attire consists of red Raggedy Anne-like wigs, white hats, red strapless tops, white shorts, red go-go boots, and clown makeup. Physical Appearance: Being identical twins, Dee Dee are both very similar in appearance, as they are both attractive, fair-skinned teenagers with powerful acrobatic bodies. Although their figures are pencil-thin, they still sport curvy busts, narrow waists, wide hips and shapely legs. Both sisters sport thin eyebrows, gray eyes with thick eyelashes, and small noses. In their criminal alter-ego, the Dee Dee twins usually have a Raggedy-Ann inspired appearance. In this look, they wore orange, yarn-like hair kept into bobs with straight bangs, and are seen wearing clown-like makeup, which includes their faces being completely white, with big round rosy-cheeks, orange freckles, and black lipstick. For attire, they both wore white caps, black chokers around their necks, close-fitting red tube tops, white hot-pants with belts that have silver buckles, and red knee-length go go boots. In their civilian forms, the Dee Dee twins are revealed to have long, thigh-length (or even longer) blonde hair that covers the left side of their faces, with some even comparing them to Rapunzel due to the length of their hair. In this appearance, they are seen wearing fitted, sleeveless black minidresses with matching high-heels. They are considered to be highly alluring and beautiful in this form, as many men in the club they went to started to hook up on them. Personality: Delia and Deidre Dennis, better known as Dee Dee, are thrill-seeking delinquents who inherited their grandmother's fascination with the Joker, and joined his namesake gang for kicks, and possibly personal gain through street crime. Although they are two individuals, as twin sisters, they appear to act as though they are one person in two bodies, often speaking as one or completing each other's sentences, along with the fact they are co-referred to as Dee Dee. In fact, they always address each other as Dee Dee, and the way they speak to the other sounds very similar to a person talking to him or herself. They do care for each other and are willing to abandon a job to help the other, as during their first encounter with Batman, one broke away from helping to carry a large piece of technology to save her sister from falling to her death. Besides their trouble-making ways, they are also cruel and deceitful, shown when they pretended to be afraid of Batman (Terry McGinnis) and viciously attacked him the moment he turned his back on them, as well as how they had no qualms harming the elderly Bruce Wayne. In the alternate timeline, they proved themselves to be murderous, having killed members of the Justice League. They even managed to succeed in killing the Batman of their time, a notable feat for any criminal. Despite their impressive teamwork by acting as one person, they are still susceptible to sibling-rivalry, as Terry tricked them into fighting each other. Moreover, they are followers, not leaders, shown when they cowed in the presence of the Joker, as well as Chronos. They don't seem to appreciate everything their grandmother has done for them to live a normal life, as one of them tells her to be quiet while she reprimands them. Abilities: The twins were Olympic-level gymnasts and experts at tumbling and hand-to-hand combat, and show impressive teamwork.
