High School, where she got in through official recommendations training there to become a Pro Hero. Eight years after the Final War, Momo has graduated from U.A. High School alongside her classmates, and is the current No. 19 Hero. Appearance: Momo is a tall teenage girl with a mature physique. She has long black hair, generally tied into a spiky ponytail with a large strand hanging on the right side of her face. Her eyes are big yet sharp, dark in color, and paired with short eyebrows set in a determined expression. Her hero costume consists of a high-collared, sleeveless crimson leotard with silver lines at her waist and around her arms, which is open to expose her skin from her neck to just below her navel. She sports calf-length red boots with heels, which dip sharply down in the center, two gold utility belts around her waist, with the back holding her books on composition information, and another thinner one around the top of her chest, below her shoulders. The design choice allows her to create items from as many points in her body as possible, as her Quirk can only be used if her skin is exposed. During the winter, she wears a long, high-collared red cape over her costume with a ring around her neck and a large red gemstone at her throat. Eight years later after the end of the Final War, Momo has grown taller and wears a shorter, smoother ponytail with two of her large bangs parted on both sides of her face. Her hero costume has been updated so that her leotard covers her entire torso, and she now wears headphones for communication purposes. When working, her bangs are pinned back by her headphones, leaving a few loose strands free. Personality: Momo is a very prudent, dedicated person who is a natural leader. She is levelheaded and calm in dangerous situations, but she isn't above falling into a panic. Momo is very kind, polite, and relatively reserved, yet she can be blunt with her comments about people's mistakes and miscalculations, tending to be very direct and wishing to help her peers improve enough to become great heroes, such as when she tutored her classmates at her home. Momo shows further development as a selfless hero who gets inspiration from others while also taking the role of a leader in her class, thanks to her skills and intelligence. Because of her wealthy upbringing, she has a sensible and respectful attitude toward others, often being discouraged by discourteous behavior. Momo typically takes adverse situations in stride, expressing little concern for losing most of her clothing in battle, as she knows how to construct another set and would have made her costume even more revealing were it not for restrictions on exposed skin in a costume. However, this often makes others think of her as an exhibitionist. Ironically, she is relatively innocent and sensitive to vulgarity and rude mannerisms, constantly frustrated by sexual advancements from Minoru Mineta and Katsuki Bakugo's crude attitude. This innocence shows that she has a somewhat casual, natural, and non-lewd view toward nudity, which explains her lack of modesty in her costume. While initially confident in herself, Momo's pride was crushed after her rapid loss to Fumikage Tokoyami at the U.A. Sports Festival and the comparisons she made between Shoto Todoroki and herself, starting to lose confidence in her ability to make quick choices on practical situations. It was further damaged during Uwabami's shallow internship, believing the heroine chose her despite being "an unworthy student" and tried to find more profound lessons to reassure herself. Momo's "bouncy" personality. Thanks to Shoto's encouragement on their final exams, Momo regained confidence in her quick thinking, learning that people have different skills and can sometimes complement each other. Even when weakened and trapped by her opponents, she doesn't give up and shows an increase in her Quirk output, ultimately defeating her enemies. During her battle against Itsuka Kendo, Momo reveals that she still has doubts when comparing herself to others but doesn't let them interfere with her resolve, remaining confident and capable in the face of others. Momo becomes upbeat and eager when excited about spending time with her friends or helping them. She also tends to reveal how rich she is accidentally, yet most people understand she doesn't do this out of arrogance or malice. Despite her mature mannerisms, she occasionally finds herself roped into silly situations such as cheerleading, although she rarely expresses much enthusiasm. Abilities: Momo uses her Bojutsu skills to fend off Humarise members. Overall Abilities: Being a recommended student, Momo possesses good combat skills. Her abilities earned her 1st place in the Quirk Apprehension Test, an impressive feat considering that almost all of her classmates had at least one superhuman result, which was cumulative of all eight tests. Momo held her own against Fumikage Tokoyami for a short period during the U.A. Sports Festival and did the same against Itsuka in the second match of the Joint Training Battle, but lost in both instances. On Nabu Island, Momo and Yuga Aoyama acted as the first line of defense against Nine, Slice, and Chimera, with Yuga unleashing the full power of his Navel Laser, and Momo creating two large cannons, all to barrage the villain trinity into separating from each other. Soon after, an exhausted Momo helped an equally overtaxed Yuga initiate a surprise attack on Nine from behind, but the undeterred villain used his Air Wall Quirk to trounce the fatigued duo. Her abilities eventually garnered the attention of the Magic Hero: Majestic, allowing Momo to intern under the (now deceased) top-grade Pro Hero and improve her predictive skills and ability to act efficiently. Bukijutsu: Momo can skillfully wield several weapons against her opponent for both offensive and defensive purposes, primarily bo staffs. Her bojutsu skill is quite remarkable, which allows her to knock out a large group of villains, as shown during the U.S.J. Incident and Mission: Humarise. Genius Intellect: Momo is ranked S-class in intelligence, meaning she can be considered a genius. Her analytical skills are vital, efficiently devising strategies and plans in battle and urgent situations, which she has no trouble putting in motion due to her Quirk's versatility. Academically speaking, Momo is highly efficient, having been ranked 1st place in the mid-terms of her class, and understanding the composition of anything she wishes to create using her Quirk. The latter is a complicated task for even the simplest materials. Regardless, Momo commonly uses the objects from her Quirk to provide auxiliary support for her allies and blindside her opponents, making her a very crafty individual and reliable comrade. She makes up for what she lacks in raw strength and destructive power with her ingenuity. When Momo was paired with Shoto against Eraser Head for the First Term Final Exam, Momo realized that the Eraser Hero's Erasure Quirk has a smaller time limit due to the injury he received from Nomu, and capitalized on that small interval to blindside Eraser Head and secure victory for her and Shoto. During the second round of the Joint Training Battle, Momo demonstrated her ability to anticipate unexpected circumstances; she took notice of the opposing team having a two-fold plan. Shoto even stated that thinking and planning under pressure or in times of crisis is Momo's area of expertise. She also has good judgment, fully aware that once Itsuka took the match to her strong suit, close-quarters combat, Momo wouldn't stand a chance. Even when overpowered by Itsuka, Momo effectively blindsided the big-fisted heroine by creating a cannon at point-blank range, making it look like she would fire it at the latter. Taking advantage of Itsuka's startled reaction, Momo quickly turned the cannon in another direction and fired her lucky bag over the wall of letters to give extra support to her teammates. Even though Momo assisted her teammates, she was incapacitated by Itsuka, but not before the recommended student managed to tie herself to the latter before losing consciousness. Teaching Ability: Momo is considered a perfect tutor by her peers, holding several study classes for other members of Class 1-A. The results have been noticeable judging by the U.A.'s First Term Final Exam, where none of the low-grade students failed the written exam. Musical Talent: Having undergone etiquette training during childhood, Momo can play the piano and other key-based instruments Quirk: Creation Creation (創そう造ぞう, Sōzō?): Momo's Quirk gives her the ability to create any non-living material/object from her exposed skin by transforming the molecular structure of her fat cells. To create something, she needs to understand the molecular structure of what the material/object is made of. The more Momo eats, the more material she has to work with, so she needs considerable food ingestion for her Quirk to be effective. However, it takes her a more extended period and more skin exposure to create large objects, to the point where she forces large objects through her costume, leaving it shredded, though she claims she can repair it. This aspect of Momo's Quirk is likely the reason for her slim figure, as she constantly burns her fat to create objects. It is also possible that this is a significant weakness because if she generates too much without replacing her calories, she can become weak and anemic. As part of her training, Momo consumed large amounts of food to increase her Quirk's efficacy and reduce the time needed to create objects Ultimate Moves Electromagnetic Rail Gun (電でん磁じ投とう射しゃ砲ほう, Denji Tōsha-hō?): Using her Creation Quirk, Momo summons a giant railgun, and Denki Kaminari uses his Electrification Quirk to power it, propelling a projectile to high speeds, shooting their opponent. (She needs Denki Kaminari to use this Ultimate Move) Yaoyorozu's Lucky Bag (YAOYOROZU'Sヤオヨロズズ LUCKYラッキー BAGバッグ, Yaoyorozuzu Rakkī Baggu?): Momo creates a large cannon, which can launch a bag full of items. These items can be anything that she can make with her Quirk Equipment Hero Outfit: Momo's hero outfit allows her to expose as much of her skin as possible so that she can use her creation Quirk much more easily. The Yaoyoleotard (ヤオヨロ レオタード, Yaoyoro Reotādo?): Her leotard makes it easier for Momo to create, as it leaves most of her skin exposed so she can pop out large items. The Yaoyoro-Belt (ヤオヨロ ベルト, Yaoyoro Beruto?): This equipment is a bit thick in order to prop up her "Yaoyorictionary". The Yaoyorictionary (ヤオヨロ 辞典, Yaoyoro Jiten?): This equipment is made of lexicon compiling all the constructs and materials that come up to Momo's mind. It also has magnets attached to the cover and inside pages so that it doesn't open or fall. Momo Yaoyorozu's Relationships: U.A. High School Class 1-A Shoto Todoroki Momo and Shoto both are students who got into U.A. High School through official recommendations, and both have powerful Quirks. As a result, Momo initially compares herself to Shoto and believes that he's always a step ahead of her; not having self-confidence in herself. However, this also caused her to admire Shoto's brimming self-confidence as a hero, and considers him to be the most capable student in their class. For his part, Shoto has respect for Momo's observation skills and natural leadership, even going as far as to vote for her during the Class President election, as he thinks that she's fit for the role of being a leader. He later chooses Momo for his team during the Cavalry Battle in the U.A. Sports Festival, but she feels she was only following his orders and not doing anything by herself. During the practical end-of-term test, Momo is paired with Shoto against Eraser Head. He quickly comes up with a plan of action, and Momo goes along even though she knows it has flaws. Throughout the exam, her low self-confidence causes her to panic and be indecisive. However, Momo regains her confidence once Shoto, who was captured by Eraser Head, realizes she needs to be encouraged and so reveals he had voted for her to be class president. This inspires Momo and gives her the confidence needed to not only free Shoto but also outwit and capture Eraser Head with his help, proving that they make a great team. When Wolfram and his gang invaded I-Island, during the I-Island Incident, When Shoto decides to stay behind and hold off the villains with Katsuki so everyone and the others can escape, she called out his name in worry before he disappears from view. Shoto also asks Momo to help him, along with Izuku and Tenya, to rescue Katsuki without needing to fight when the latter is captured by the League of Villains. Momo later visits him in the hospital after his battle with Dabi and attempts to comfort him alongside her classmates. Kyoka Jiro Momo and Kyoka Momo and Kyoka are best friends. Along with Denki Kaminari, the two battle against the League of Villains at the U.S.J. proving that they work well together. Kyoka later asks Momo to tutor her for the end of term test, and she happily accepted. When the class split went shopping for the training camp, they pair up and go off shopping together. Not only that, but Kyoka has also proven to be somewhat defensive of her. During the summer training camp, she punches Hanta Sero for comparing Momo's Quirk ability to convert lipids at an atomic level into many different objects to defecation. She later joins Kyoka's band, playing the keyboard during the School Festival and they pull off a wonderful performance with the teamwork of all of Class 1-A. Before Wolfram and his gang invaded I-Island. Ochaco, Momo, and Kyoka came late before meeting everyone. When Momo and Kyoka meet up with their group, Kyoka was seen hiding behind Momo was she was feeling shy. When Wolfram invaded the Island, at the on 138th floor the server room when facing against the I-Island Security Bots Momo created a cannon for Kyoka to use against the bots while Momo created soft ammo for Kyoka to use. When Momo overused her quirk, the two where tied together by the security bots. During the fight with Wolfram they both cheered for Izuku and All Might when they were about to defeat Wolfram. When Nine invaded Nabu Island on the search for Katsuma Shimano's Cell Activation Quirk. The two were paired up to together as reinforcements and to aid their inquired classmates. After Nine and his gang retreated, both Momo and Denki were helping with emergency supplies. Kyoka watched as both her and Denki were overusing their quirks. Denki Kaminari Denki and Momo seem to be pretty good friends. They battle against the League of Villains at the U.S.J. alongside Kyoka Jiro, and combine their quirks in order to defeat many of the enemies. They also both join Shoto Todoroki's team in the Cavalry Battle during the Sports Festival and win the event. Later Momo tutors Denki for the end of terms exam alongside several other classmates. During the U.A. School Festival, they're both part of the Class 1-A band. Before the Wild, Wild Pussycats visit to the dorms, they were talking and laughing together. At the beginning of the battle against the Paranormal Liberation Front at the Gunga Mountain Villa, Momo reassures Kyoka that Denki will be fine. After the U.A floating fortress is evacuated in the Final War, Denki leans on Momo for support and confides her about his worries about Izuku Midoriya. Then they join the battle against All For One and combine their quirks to create an Electromagnetic Rail Gun. Minoru Mineta Minoru stuck to Momo Momo becomes a victim of Minoru's perverted nature. Momo despises Minoru's perverted behavior towards her and her female classmates, and she often gets frustrated and saddened whenever she falls for his shenanigans. She was especially embarrassed during the U.A. Sports Festival when Minoru attached himself to her back using his Quirk in order to ride her through the Obstacle Race and finish on time, as well as when he and Denki tricked her and the girls into wearing cheerleader outfits. Momo sits behind Minoru in their class and is usually seen rebuking him with angered or disgusted looks when he goes on about perverted things. Despite this, she did show to be happy for him when he passed his Final Exam battle against Midnight, and they are shown getting on in some occasions, like during 1-A's Christmas party. Momo is shown to be ashamed of Minoru's behavior and how it reflects on her and her classmates. During the training camp, she apologized to Itsuka and the girls from Class 1-B for his attempt to peep on them in the hot springs (his attempt was foiled thanks to help from the 1-A girls), proving that Momo feels accountable for Minoru's actions. Izuku Midoriya Izuku class president Momo and Izuku Momo and Izuku are classmates of Class 1-A and were both voted as the Class reps, however, their partnership does not last long due to him stepping down for Tenya. Momo does not seem to have a bad view of Izuku though she does count him out in the race in Vs. Hero Killer Arc, however, she's proven wrong and is amazed by his new mastery of his Quirk. Izuku, along with Tenya and Momo, would later join Shoto and Eijiro to rescue Katsuki. Due to the group's teamwork, they're successful. In recent story arcs, they seem to be on friendly terms with each other. Though a genius and expert tactician in her own right she has been shown to look to Izuku for leadership and to follow his plans, showing a level of good respect and confidence in him. She later shows concern for him during his rogue arc, trying to secure his safety and comfort him after his nightmare. Ochaco Uraraka Momo tricked Ochaco comforting Momo. They do not interact too much, though appear to be on good terms. While Momo feels down after being tricked by Denki and Minoru, Ochaco comforts Momo on the matter. The pair are seen talking with the other girls about things. Soon the topic turns into questions about Ochaco's love life, but Momo respects her privacy and tells the other girls to stop trying to pry into it. Ochaco's greatly appreciative of this but is then left to wonder about her feelings. Tenya Ida Tenya and Momo at the Class 1-A Hero Office Tenya and Momo at the Class 1-A hero office. Momo and Tenya are classmates and friends; they often work together to watch over and guide their class as the class vice-president and president of 1-A respectively. She was a bit annoyed that he got to be the class president despite her getting more votes than him, but she didn't have much issue with him afterwards. They've been seen working together to manage activities such as during preparations of the U.A. School Festival. They both respect each other's leadership and insight and discuss matters related to their class or hero matters from time to time, as they did in Class 1-A's hero office.[5] Momo seems to find confidence in him and trust his judgement a lot, during the Provisional Hero License Exam, she thought of what he'd do (along with Izuku and Shoto) when she was stuck. Momo explained how Tenya was successful during the Battle Trial. They also went on to work together during the U.A. Sports Festival's Calvary Battle, wherein Momo complimented his participation. When Tenya opposed plans to save Katsuki from the League of Villains, he was surprised when Momo agreed to help the plan; having a bit of disappointment of her. In turn, Momo was surprised when Tenya punched Izuku during their disagreement. They're good friends overall who work hard to watch over their classmates. Toru Hagakure The two girls are close, when the students of Class 1-A where sent to the The Beast's Forest. Momo helped defeat one of Pixie-Bob's Earth Beast by using a cannon when Toru was distracting one of them. When the students of Class 1-A were doing their Ultimate Move Training, the night before the Provisional Hero License Exam, Toru asked how her Ultimate move was going. Momo told her that there was a move that she wants to do but her body wasn't ready for it. Later during the Joint Training Battle, Momo and Toru were grouped together in the 2nd round of battle, but despite their efforts in teamwork during times such as cornering Shihai Kuroiro, in the end they were both ultimately captured by Itsuka Kendo. Class 1-B Itsuka Kendo Momo and Itsuka intern with Uwabami 2 Itsuka realizes Momo is in denial over their internship. Momo gets along with her, in spite of them being from different classrooms. Itsuka and Momo intern together under Uwabami. Although they're treated like Uwabami's entourage during their time together, Momo always tries to find a lesson in everything. Itsuka appears to feel sorry for Momo, seeing that she's clearly in denial. Months later after their internship with Uwabami, she and Itsuka continued to be treated as a pair by fans. However, Itsuka didn't like being lumped in with Momo because she feels Momo has a better Quirk and better grades. Itsuka has always wanted the chance to fight Momo head to head, and the latter accepts her friend's challenge. Despite Momo losing the second round of the Joint Training Battle, Itsuka is unsatisfied and believes that Momo surpassed her. Later, Momo is accompanied by Itsuka to the Nurse's office. This shows that despite their rivalry, they are friends and care of each other. Yosetsu Awase Momo and Yosetsu Yosetsu and Momo working together to save their classmates. They may not interact on a daily basis, but Yosetsu has worked with Momo in real battle when the Vanguard Action Squad attacks the Forest Training Camp. The pair were attacked by a powerful Nomu and Momo was injured, forcing Yosetsu to do everything he could to save her life, even protecting her with his own body. Yosetsu develops a small crush on her, but it is unknown if Momo is aware of it. Setsuna Tokage Momo and Setsuna Work-Studies Momo and Setsuna together with Majestic during their hero work-studies Momo and Setsuna worked together during their second hero work-studies with the pro-hero Majestic. They were also invited by the World Heroes Association to go to Singapore and participate in stopping a terrorist anti-Quirk group known as Humarise, in order to defuse any further Trigger Bombs before they go off. After a threat by the Humarise leader Flect Turn, stating that the trigger bombs all around the world will go off in two hours, Momo uses her quirk to create numerous sensors so that Setsuna could use her own quirk to split herself up and spread them around the city to locate the bombs. Once they discover them, they alongside the Singapore Hero Big Red Dot battle the Humarise agents stationed there. Class 1-H Mei Hatsume Momo helped Mei during the Final War by providing her and the Support Course students with machine parts. She even encouraged Mei to call her Momoyao which is what her friends call her. She later protects Mei when U.A. was attacked by Himiko Toga's Twice Doubles. Uwabami Momo trained under Uwabami for her internship, but was disheartened by the fact that they didn't do any hero work, instead being selected solely to be in a hair product commercial. Momo repeatedly tried to convince herself that there was something she could learn from the experience, but her internship with Uwabami ultimately proved to be a shallow experience and only worsened her doubts about herself. High School Fighting Style: Close combat Itsuka Kendo (拳けん藤どう一いつ佳か, Kendō Itsuka?), also known as Battle Fist (バトルフィスト, Batoru Fisuto?), is the class representative of Class 1-B at U.A. High School and is training there to become a Pro Hero. Eight years following the Final War, she is the current No. 23 Pro Hero. Appearance: Itsuka is a girl of medium height and has a slim build. She has sharp yet rounded teal eyes with white pupils and long orange hair that she typically wears tied into a high ponytail on the left side of her head. Her bangs are split into three clumps around her eyes, and some of her hair sticks up in large tufts at the top of her head. For her hero costume, Itsuka wears a teal knee-length qipao with yellow accents, over which she has a black double-breasted corset, ending just below her breasts. She also sports black short pants under the qipao. For accessories, she wears a loose brown utility belt around her hips with two long containers attached at the back, a thin black domino mask around her eyes, and white-heeled navy blue boots with wide vamps that reach down to her toes, filled in with white slips. She switches out her normal qipao for her winter hero costume with long wrist-length sleeves. Eight years after the Final War, Itsuka has more muscular arms, and now wears her ponytail on the back of her head with a slight curl at the end. Personality: Itsuka is a spirited girl who is thoughtful of others. She does not hesitate to criticize even her classmates if she feels what they are doing is not correct, like whenever she karate chops Neito Monoma on the back of his neck to prevent him from antagonizing Class 1-A and the rest of Class 1-B. Itsuka is willing to pass on beneficial opportunities if she feels others deserve better. This consideration was shown when Itsuka let Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu and Ibara Shiozaki participate in the tournament event of the U.A. Sports Festival in place of her team. Tetsutetsu has stated that because of Itsuka's cheerful personality, she can bring all of Class 1-B together, thus making her the "big sister" of Class 1-B. Itsuka is additionally friendly to people outside her class and seems to hold no signs of ill-will towards Class 1-A, making her a minority of the 1-B students. She has displayed sympathy towards others, even if she is not particularly close to them. She showed concern for Izuku Midoriya and Tenya Ida after hearing about their run-in with Stain and helped Class 1-A by telling them what was supposed to be on the First Term Final Exam's practical portion despite it being somewhat against the rules. In combat, Itsuka is very analytical. She can understand Mustard's Quirk (comparing the motion of his gas to that of a tornado) and use that logic to determine the user's location. Itsuka can also use her Quirk to dispel the gas Mustard emits, allowing her and Tetsutetsu to fight without gas masks. Abilities: Big Fist Itsuka is formidable enough to take on a capable villain such as Mustard. Overall Abilities: Itsuka has proven to be a formidable combatant, as her skills earned her 5th place in the U.A. Entrance Exam. She also has a great handle on her Quirk, Big Fist, primarily used during close-range and melee combat. Itsuka has enough power to break through most defenses. The sudden expansion of her hands can be used to surprise foes, assuming that they're not aware of how her Quirk functions, or to increase the power of her attacks through the momentum of the expansion. Itsuka's enlarged hands are helpful not only for combat but as a method of transporting others and restraining opponents as well, making it convenient for rescues and criminal escorting. Someone wrapped by Itsuka's giant hands will be protected from specific airborne hazards such as poisonous gas, albeit temporarily. She demonstrated her mettle when she held her own against the villain Mustard, a member of the League of Villains' Vanguard Action Squad, while fighting alongside Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu. Itsuka not only parried the gas-producing villain with her Quirk but was able to use the strength-increasing capabilities of her Quirk to generate enough wind to dispel the toxic gas that the villain created and give Tetsutetsu an opening to defeat Mustard. Itsuka has shown to be quite capable at hand-to-hand combat, as she could incapacitate Neito Monoma with a karate chop. Her melee combat skills were further showcased during the Joint Training Battle, where she battled Momo Yaoyorozu, a recommended student. By using her combat prowess in conjunction with the increased strength that her Quirk provides, Itsuka was able to overwhelm Momo and smash her way through the latter's defenses.[9] While Momo was able to blindside her with a cannon temporarily, Itsuka was still more than capable of incapacitating the Everything Hero with her "Double Jumbo Fist" technique. However, the recommended student did manage to tie herself to Itsuka before losing consciousness. Keen Intellect: Itsuka is shown to be extremely intelligent and tactical, demonstrated when she theorizes the location of Mustard and the pattern of his Quirk, Gas, and can figure out how to dispel the villain's fumes quickly. She has excellent analytical skills and a high sense of perceptiveness, and as she's ranked A-class in her official intelligence stat, her capacities in this regard are overall redoubtable. Tetsutetsu has even commented on Itsuka's quick wit, her level head in situations, and her ability to make the right decisions on the fly. During the Joint Training, Itsuka demonstrated her incredible camaraderie and ingenuity, considering all of her teammates' strengths and weaknesses to devise a two-fold plan for battling against the opposing team. Her first plan of action was to have Shihai Kuroiro take control of Fumikage Tokoyami's Dark Shadow and launch a surprise attack. Itsuka knew that Fumikage would use Dark Shadow to scout out her team and that the opposing team would never expect any member of her team to take control of Dark Shadow. When Shihai inquired what would happen if he failed her strategy, Itsuka revealed an effective contingency plan. If the opposing team were focused on fighting him, they would have had to use light to weaken him, and by taking advantage of that said light, Dark Shadow would not only be crippled as well, but the rest of her team would be able to pinpoint the opposing team's location, surround them, and go all out. Another part of her auxiliary strategy was to have Manga Fukidashi use his Quirk, Comic, to separate Momo from the rest of her teammates, knowing that the heroine was the opposing team's leading strategist. Itsuka figured that if she brought the match to her area of expertise, close-quarters combat, she would secure victory for her team. However, despite her ingenuity, Shoto Todoroki realized a flaw in Itsuka's precautionary strategy in separating Momo from her teammates. He pointed out that if she wanted to be cautious of Momo, then Itsuka would have had her entire team overwhelm the Everything Hero from the start of the match. This ascertainment may indicate a strategic preference to be more broad than direct in her approach rather than singling out the "brains" of the operation. However, Shoto's analysis further implies that Itsuka purposefully did not attempt to overwhelm Momo because she sought to personally engage with her in battle after strategically isolating her, and her confrontational sentiment is exemplified by the challenge that Itsuka had made to her self-proclaimed rival before the exercise. Although her team ultimately won the match, this oversight may have cost her and her classmates their victory; thus, for all of Itsuka's strategic capacity, this demonstrates that she's equally inclined to make somewhat risky and impulsive decisions or generally lose sight of the bigger picture. Quirk: Big Fist Big Fist (大たい拳けん, Taiken?): Itsuka's Quirk grants her the ability to enlarge both of her hands to a gigantic size. With the increased size comes enhanced striking power and gripping capabilities. Enhanced Strength: Itsuka's increased strength allows her to carry people and lift her enlarged hands without a problem, as seen in her fight against Mustard. Her enlarged hands grant her proportionally increased chopping and gripping strength. During Round Two of the Joint Training Battle, she proved to be strong enough to easily crush Momo Yaoyorozu's shields made of tungsten, the strongest metal on earth. Ultimate Moves Double Jumbo Fist (双そう大たい拳けん, Sōtaiken?): With both her hands at normal size, Itsuka strikes her enemy with them, activating her Quirk just before impact to maximize damage. Itsuka Kendo's Relationships: Class 1-B Neito Monoma Itsuka and Neito are friendly towards one another and can often be seen with each other. However, she does not approve of Neito's constant mockery of Class 1-A. Whenever he decides to taunt them for whatever reason, Itsuka will step in, knock him out and apologize for his actions. Although Itsuka criticizes Neito quite heavily, Neito never seems to have any animosity, indicating the friendly atmosphere between them. She also seems to enjoy teasing Neito. She turned him in during the scavenger hunt for being a perverse person and taunted him about making enemies with Katsuki while patting his head. It is revealed she shares his dislike for being upstaged by Class 1-A. Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu and Itsuka Itsuka and Tetsutetsu take on Mustard. Itsuka decided to let Tetsutetsu's team participate in the tournament event of the Sports Festival as her replacement, feeling that they deserved the opportunity more. She notes that Tetsutetsu is aggressive and overzealous, but does not seem to think that these are necessarily bad things. This was seen when they go after the villain Mustard, as Tetsutetsu voiced that he will protect the class, Itsuka notes while he has a one-sided mind, his intentions are good. She smiled and agreed with his declaration, showing she respects him. Tetsutetsu also seems to value Itsuka's well being as he rushed to her aid to protect her. The two appear to be on good terms, and unlike with Neito, the two have not been seen arguing or fighting or criticizing each other, indicating that their relationship is calmer than the one she has with Neito. During the joint training battle. Tetsutetsu excitedly spoke about Kendo to class 1a, stating she is the big sister of the class and keeps them all together. This further shows his respect and admiration towards her. Reiko Yanagi Itsuka and Reiko are good friends. Reiko was the one who designed her outfit for the Beauty Contest and helped her to prepare for the competition. They also interned at the same place for the first and second Work Studies. They are also on first name basis, indicating they are close. Class 1-A Momo Yaoyorozu Momo and Itsuka intern with Uwabami 2 Itsuka realizes Momo is in denial over their internship. Itsuka and Momo interned together under Uwabami. Although they were treated like Uwabami's entourage during their time together, Momo always tried to find a lesson in everything. Itsuka appeared to feel sorry for Momo, seeing that she was clearly in denial. However, the two were shown to get along, despite them being from different classes. Months later after their internship with Uwabami, she and Momo were continued to be treated as a pair by fans. Even though she did not show it, she could not stand being continuously compared to her because the latter had better grades and a better quirk. She tells Momo about these feelings before the second round of the Joint Training Battle begins and in addition says that she has been waiting to duke it out with her for a while. Despite ultimately winning the second round for Class 1-B and defeating Momo in single combat, she is not satisfied and says that it did not feel like she actually won as she gazes upon an unconscious Momo. Even with her self-declared rivalry with Momo, Itsuka still accompanies her to the infirmary while looking concerned for her.
