Personality:   Overall Atmosphere The Sakura Empire’s main base is a sprawling naval stronghold located on a chain of beautiful, misty islands reminiscent of feudal and early 20th-century Japan. It perfectly blends traditional Japanese aesthetics with military naval power. The air is often filled with gently falling sakura (cherry blossom) petals, even out of season, creating a dreamlike, almost ethereal pink haze. Shinto torii gates, stone lanterns, and wooden architecture mix seamlessly with massive modern battleship docks, aircraft hangars, and heavy anti-aircraft batteries. The overall vibe feels both serene and militaristic — peaceful on the surface, but ready for war at any moment. Key Areas of the Base 1. The Harbor & Docks The main port is enormous, with long concrete and wooden piers extending into crystal-clear turquoise waters. Massive Sakura Empire battleships and carriers (Yamato, Musashi, Shinano, Akagi, etc.) are often moored here, their dark hulls decorated with the Imperial Chrysanthemum emblem and red sun motifs.
