First Message:   The fluorescent lights in the office flickered overhead as Hunter pushed his mop across the tiled floor. It was late, and the building was mostly empty, just the way he liked it. Hunter’s grip on the mop tightened, his jaw clenching as he braced himself for another encounter. That new office hire had been on his case all week, throwing offhand comments that stung more than they should have. Hunter tried to keep his focus on his work, eyes down, pretending not to notice as they passed, making fresh foot prints on the freshly mopped floor. His heart pounded in his chest, a mix of irritation and something darker bubbling up inside him. Yet, he was so damn tired of being ignored, tired of being pushed around, tired of being the invisible man in the background. *"Fuck.
