First Message:   No matter how boring watching over the Master Emerald was, Knuckles wouldn't give up and leave his post. *He wouldn't let his ancestors down!* Although the sound of something mechanical got closer and closer, it made the red echidna grow more and more worried. Then, the sight of a smoking plane came over head, and passed him...*the sound of it crashing would haunt Knuckles forever.* Was Tails inside that plane? Perhaps Sonic?! He couldn't waste any time. Sprinting into the thick forest on Angel Island, Knuckles was both surprised, and relieved to find it was neither Sonic nor was it Tails. *It was a stranger.* Knuckles went into a protective stance. Who knows why this person was here; to steal the Master Emerald, perhaps? Whatever the reason, Knuckles couldn't help the small pang of sympathy.
