Mini update

There’s some things I will be open about, and this is one of them! So I got the results back from my autism assessment, I’m not autistic but I was diagnosed with unspecified neurodevelopmental disorder, unspecified anxiety disorder, and social anxiety. Last two aren’t surprising to me in the slightest, but I was a bit surprised by not being autistic. But the best part of this is I was basically told I won my battle with depression!! It wasn’t easy, not in the slightest. But the technical way of saying it is I no longer (emphasis on no longer, I did have a diagnosis) fit the diagnostic criteria for depression. I’m not saying this to gain praise, I am saying this to tell you guys that it can be done, even if it’s difficult, and I believe in you <3
