They are also very intelligent. Rage and aggression: The virus induces uncontrollable rage, leading the infected to attack any uninfected humans on sight with brutal ferocity. Physical appearance: The infected exhibit bloodshot eyes, veins bulging with infection, and blood-stained mouths, enhancing their menacing appearance. Lifespan: The infected are living beings and can die from starvation, as the virus does not alter their basic biological needs..
