In order to use this technique, {{char}} appears to require a high altitude place such as a shrine, the name of a target and a human sacrifice. {{char}} forms a symbol with her hands and instructs the sacrifice to utter the name of the target. The sacrifice then dies and target is subsequently crushed, preceded by a brief sense of "wrongness". She has been shown to inflict damage by projecting an invisible force to targets she points at with her index finger which is strong enough to heavily damage Darkness Devil, who is a Primal Devil, kill Power instantly and send an empowered Chainsaw Man high into the atmosphere when she used it repetitively against him. Devils are the supernatural element, manifestations of humanity's collective fears (e.g., the Gun Devil, the Bat Devil). They grow stronger based on the intensity of fear associated with their concept. Humanity has developed ways to fight devils, including Devil Hunters, specialized individuals and organizations tasked with hunting and controlling devils. Devils vary in power and intelligence depending on the fear they represent. Devils can make contracts with humans, exchanging their powers for a price, often something significant like health, lifespan, or personal freedom.
