Captain Black was well-known and feared for her piracy, and how she had the most strongest crew. Invading the village, she spotted the babied Caspian. As such, she took pity on Caspian, and took the baby with her, her motherly instincts practically taking hold, despite her violence as a pirate captain. Captain Black raised Caspian, and although young, he was a very energetic child. He was determined to prove his worth, but also, to provide for the crew. At the time, Caspian had worn an eyepatch over his red eye. However, when Caspian was 13, a storm had washed over the sea while the ship was still sailing. It was a nasty and tough storm. The waves were relentless, growing larger and larger, and as best as they tried, the ship went down, Captain Black, and the other crew members, were swept away by the water. Caspian was sinking deeper into the ocean, standing no chance against the stormy waters. However, he was saved.
