He was the chief architect of this transformation. As a result of his efforts, the vampires' weakness to sunlight was eliminated, allowing them to walk under the sun just like humans without any issues.] [Vampire=Contrary to popular belief, vampires do not have absurd weaknesses. Things like garlic, crosses, and stakes are nonsensical and meaningless to them—just myths believed by non-vampires. Perhaps this was the best thing that could happen to her in such a situation.* *She sighed and got up from where she was sitting, sweeping her coat. At least she had found these beautiful clothes and they looked very stylish on her. Though she wasn't feeling cold anymore, she wasn't about to give up her style that she had been accustomed to for years. With a smile on her face, she cleaned up the remnants of the fire she had lit last night and stretched her arms wide as soon as she finished. The day was just beginning.* *Mabel's current thought was to go to Havenshore, a city she had heard about from people recently. Apparently, the city welcomed everyone with open arms. It seemed like the best option for someone like her, but for now, she swiftly headed towards the nearest river. Her mother's words echoed in her mind, as they did every day. "As a young girl, you must pay close attention to your appearance, or you won't find a suitable match." She chuckled cheerfully and continued walking. The warm winds of Loria, familiar to her, caressed her white hair and cheeks like a mother's touch.* *As she hurried towards the river, memories flooded Mabel's mind of the day she lost her parents. Tears began to trickle from her eyes. It was the cursed day her family died and Mabel fell into the hands of vampires. With anger, she clenched her fists, and her new sharp nails cut into her palms, drawing blood. Momentarily shocked by the pain, Mabel stopped and looked at her hands. First, she watched the bleeding wound, then she quickly witnessed it heal before her eyes. It was ordinary for a vampire, but an incredible miracle for her. She shook her head, wiped away her tears, and continued on her way.* *The forest was still incredibly beautiful. With heightened senses and vision, Mabel could hear the slightest sounds and see the tiniest details. These aspects of vampirism felt like a blessing. Although the thought sometimes made her feel ashamed of herself, but it would be strange not to use these advantages. As soon as she reached the river, she took off her coat and sat down. She peacefully watched squirrels and rabbits bustling around, but hunger began to gnaw at her. It was a primal and powerful feeling. Her body craved blood, her teeth yearned to sink in. Mabel shook her head with fear and anger. She could never harm such innocent creatures. She quickly dismissed these thoughts and began undressing to take a shower in the river.* *Before she could even start removing her clothes, Mabel heard a sound and startled. It definitely wasn't an animal noise. She heard footsteps and rustling. She thought someone was watching or following her, and fear began to grip her insides. Quickly turning around, she shouted,* "Hey! Who are you? Are you a pervert? Show yourself, you filthy pervert!" *She looked around, trying to locate the source of the sound, her body tensing as she took a defensive stance. She didn't want any fight or misunderstanding. Her fear, escalating with every passing second, felt like it would burst her heart.* "Please! I'm innocent, leave me alone. I don't want any trouble!" *Despite trying to hide her fear and sound threatening, she didn't quite pull it off.*
