His personality is wacky at times, since he loves to sing and dance even in inconvenient situations, despite his blank face. Too naive, and therefore being made fun of. But the truth is….he is kinda slow and easily lead.. Loves to eat chevapi. His hobbies are watching sports, eating, fishing and swearing. He looks upon Turkey as his big brother and he likes going to Slovenia’s house. He doesn’t get along at all with his wife Herzegovina since the Yu-house split up, but he stayed in good relations with her cousin Croatia. It’s almost as though he’s some sort of a sloppy slacker uncle in the family. Surprisingly enough, he’s a great kisser. MACEDONIA Doesn't mind being around her. He enjoys talking to her, but then again, they don't talk very much. SERBIA Well, Bosnia is a bit on the iffy side with Serbia, due to the trauma and disturbing memories from the Bosnian Genocide/Srebrenica Massacre. So, he gets pretty angry when he sees Serbia. They barely ever talk. CROATIA The two are a good pair, each admire the other. They get on very well, always talking to each other and hanging out. In fact, Croatia is basically almost Bosnia's best friend! However, the air gets a bit tense when it comes to football! KOSOVO They don't talk often, but when they do, they get on quite well. A very proud nation-tan. He’s also very hotheaded, just like Serbia, but won’t admit it. Don’t you dare mix him up with Serbia or you might end up being forbidden from entering his house ever again. Because of his uneasy and unforgiving nature, he doesn’t have a lot of friends. His best friends are Germany and Italy. But even Germany is a bit afraid of Croatia’s anger button. His arch-rival is Serbia and Croatia will do anything to keep him away from his house and friends. He was actually pretty good friends with Slovenia, until they started having fights over their backyards. Croatia calls Slovenia a whiny bitch, since he is quite a crybaby to the EU when it comes to this, while Slovenia calls Croatia a selfish bastard since he simply won’t let go. Croatia has one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. He is actually quite polite, hospitable, caring and fun to be with,behind his egoistic facade. His hobbies include football, proving he’s better than Serbia will ever be, making fun of his neighbors, boasting, fashion events and playing the guitar on his beach. He suffered both Germanic and Italian influence. But despite being under control most of the time, he always had time for relaxation, music and fun. Even the name of his anthem tells about that. He is sweet, a bit shy, introverted and very well-mannered. He dislikes it very much when someone’s being a pig around him. But the fact is he likes to drink, especially with Serbia. Despite his fine behavior though, he likes money a lot, and does tend to do business deals with whomever as long as it has cash written on it. He also makes a good “Sweet guy” type of lover, thanks to his language. His hobbies include mountain hiking, skiing, playing the acoustic guitar and being a great tourist guide. He’s kinda very grumpy towards Italy and Croatia. He gets so pissed off by Croatia that he throws stuff at him even when he’s simply walking near his backyard. And he always took the chances to chase after Italy during the WWs. Sometimes you can find him dyeing his hair. Slovenia enjoys the tranquility, Slovenian folk music, and is almost always cleaning or working. He's very stressed all the time and likes to make tea, homemade bread, and wine. He often asks to go out for drinks, go on mountain activities, or just ask you to be quiet. He's a bit of a slut, loves attention, and can be a real son of a bitch sometimes. He doesn’t get along well with his neighbors (mostly Croatia, Bosnia, and Albania), due to the fact that he either claims he’s way better and once ruled them(He’s head is stuck in his past) or has territorial issues. He also hates America a great deal. He finds everybody is guilty except for him. Serbia is a proud and somewhat arrogant man. He is a great patriot, with a proud medieval and royal history, but has become more desperate in modern times. He can hold a grudge for a very long time. He is normally fun and cheery, enjoying the "good things in life". Even when he is in rough times, he will stay strong and often let his temper show through, more than usual. He is proud of his tradition and is rather brave. Serbia enjoys football and nightlife, but won't admit he is pretty bad at football, even though he is rather good at tennis and freakishly talented at water polo. He is said to own a closet full of Rakija (Ракија) that he allows no one else to touch. Serbia keeps all of his windows closed 24/7, even going so far to board up a few of his windows because "Promaja može da te ubije!" ("The draft can kill you!") He often keeps his head in the past due to the fact that things were much better for him then. It’s true he was once a glorious man, whom many looked up to. However, because of constant pressure put on him and various accusations that came on later, he felt treated like a wild animal. Hence, he has become rather desperate and is determined to return to his former glory, though most of his friends tell him he is rushing it far too much and is just making a fool of himself. As I said, an idiot. His personality is cheery and fun, and even in the roughest times he knows it’s hard to get out of, he keeps a sad smile on and sings his sorrows out. Also very proud of his tradition and brave, but also stubborn, hotheaded, and a bit arrogant and violent. His hobbies include football and nightlife, and that’s what his life consists of. He won’t admit he sucks at football though. He also won’t stop saying “Kosovo is Serbia” because he is too emotionally attached to the little fellow, but many nations misunderstand that as either pedo feelings or retardation. (Especially America) It’s true he was once a glorious man, whom many looked up to and loved, with a gentleman attitude and the nicest words, but because of constant pressure put on him and various accusations that came on later, he felt treated like a wild animal; And they say if you’re treated like an animal, you become one. RELATIONSHIPS: Croatia; Bosnia; Montenegro; Slovenia These four countries are all related to Serbia closely. However, they do not get along very well at all, often fighting over silly things. Every once in a while Serbia will feel bad that he causes so many battles with them all, but he would never admit it or apologize. He often claims he is much better than them, as it is part of his “charm”. This causes all four of the countries to be exceedingly angry with him every time they meet, execpt for Montenegro on some occasions. Macedonia Serbia cares about Macedonia greatly, but he doesn’t really go out of his way to protect her anymore, because she’s pretty much established that she can take care of herself. Serbia sometimes finds himself reminiscing of the days when she was younger and he would fight over her (mostly with Bulgaria), but tells himself to “snap out of it, you’re not an old man!” ----------------------------------------------------- Nation’s name: Црна Гора (Montenegro) Capital: Podgorica Official language: Montenegrin. Regional; Albanian, Bosnian and Serbian Birthday: 13th of July (Cancer) National flower: / Human name: Šćepan Petrović Height: 179cm Age Appearance: 19 Hair colour: Black Eye colour: Hazel The laziest of all nation-tans in the world. God forbid someone make him work. Not only will he be insulted but his request will also be utterly ignored. He declared war to Japan in order to help Russia during his wars. But only when he heard Japan’s on the other side of the globe. Nowadays he doesn’t even know who the hell he is. His laziness ought not to be mistakened with easygoing-ness. Surprisingly, he is very determined when it comes to helping his comrades, namely Serbia, who he was very close to until after their divorce. Also very traditional(And not in a good kind of way..), and has no manners whatsoever. It’s almost like he still sees the world in a tribal way. He wanted to marry Serbia really badly through times, but when it was finally the two of them, they got tired of each other soon enough. Also gets along pretty well with Russia, who’s been visiting his beach very often lately. His hobbies consist of sleeping, snoring and spurting out nasty comments. In the group he is: The lazyass. ---------------------------------------- Vojvodina Vojvodina (Autonomous Province of Vojvodina) is a supporting character in the series Hetalia: Axis Powers. She represents a northern autonomous province of Serbia. Appearance Vojvodina is a young girl with green eyes and light brown hair tied into a ponytail. She also has a pink flower in her hair. She usually keeps a gentle smile on. On the artworks she usually wears dresses/skirts. Most often it seems to be a traditional Serbian outfit - white skirt and shirt with 3/4 sleeves, red vest with golden thread, and a black apron with a flower pattern. In the artworks where she's shown as a child she wears a long sleeved, white shirt and a black vest. Personality and interests Official description from Tix' artwork: Vojvodina - Serbia's little sister, hardworking, respectful and honest, but also quite the phlegmatic; she does things slowly and speaks slowly, Serbia can not understand that habit. She has a lot of culture because she shares her house a bit with Romania, Hungary and Slovakia. She has peacful nature and 'take it easy' way of life. Milica has been the most popular name for girls born in Serbia since 1991, and is overall the most common female given name in the country. ----------------------------------------------------- Kosovo Kosovo (Косово/Kosovë/Kosova) is a supporting character in the series Hetalia: Axis Powers. He represents the sovereign state of Kosovo, a Balkan country. His human name is Bajram Krasniqi. Appearance Kosovo is an adolescent boy with shoulder length brown, almost black, hair that he keeps in a ponytail. His skin is similar to his neighbors, a bit darker. His height is 162cm. His expression is generally angry or disinterested. His military outfit is an UÇK uniform with a red beret. He has a more casual outfit of a white and blue tracksuit over a white polo shirt. Personality Kosovo is seen as ‘salty’ and (as said by Serbia) ‘disobedient’ for trying to become his own country. He has a high temper, making him prone to getting angry at a lot of countries. He doesn’t speak to many countries and keeps to himself. He can be seen as someone who gets pushed around a lot due to how much he’s been ruled over, barely being able to get independence. Although being taken over many times, he still keeps buildings in place from these eras as bitter memories of his past. This is especially true with how many of Serbia’s churches are in his backyard still. Similarly to how people view the country itself, he seems very unpleasant to be around until getting to know him better. Countries often avoid talking about him, as their only image of him is war and anger. In reality, he’s just a rebellious loser teen. He can be quite snarky and sarcastic at times, which doesn’t help his image. He appreciates when countries want to strengthen their bond with him, making sure to have good alliances to keep himself on 2 feet. He’s quite tolerant of those he doesn’t like, especially attempting to stay calm around Serbia. He works hard and appreciates that even 1 country supports him. Vojvodina Kosovo doesn’t mind Vojvodina much. He still doesn’t really like her, but doesn’t mind being around her because she’s not as hostile towards him. He says it’s because she’s “basically Mrs. Hungary’s sister”. He tries to convince her to become independent but she doesn’t seem to listen to him. Srpska He sees Srpska as a bootlicker and finds him annoying. He’s especially pissed off when talking to him because he never shuts up about Serbia. Croatia Croatia and Kosovo get along quite well. Though they don’t talk much, Kosovo appreciates Croatia for being so adamant on insisting that he’s independent. He wishes they could talk more. Bosnia Kosovo is able to have some fun (Muslim holiday celebrations) with Bosnia and Herzegovina too. It seems a bit hard to believe as Bosnia hasn’t formally recognized Kosovo yet, but he will assure you it’s because of Srpska. Trivia He enjoys teasing people, but hates when it happens to him. He’s a devout Muslim. He also picked up a trait of farming from Albania, though preferring working with livestock. His lack of organization makes farming quite hard. He also enjoys baking and cooking, another thing he got from Kosovo’s name is Bajram Krasniqi. The name “Bajram” is a Muslim-Albanian name, related to the Albanian word for an Islamic holiday: Eid Al-Adha (Kurban Bajrami). Despite being said to have Slavic origins, the last name Krasniqi is a common surname in Kosovo. It’s Slavic meaning is similar to the words krasny or krasni , meaning beautiful; While it’s Albanian meaning can be taken from an old Albanian tribe from the Krasniqe region in Albania.
